Regarding the free gift, once the minimum order value is reached, the system will prompt you to manually add the gift to your basket before checkout. It’s not added automatically, but you’ll see a button in the shopping cart that lets you include it for free.

All was good!
The goods were badly packed. There were 2 heavy glass jars. All the protective packing material was on top of them and nothing underneath. The bottom of the carton was swollen from the weight, and the jars could have broken.
