On the website, the 'availabe in other stores' is not up-to-date. If you'll call and/or go to the store, they do't have the items in stock.
There is an extremly slow process to get items from one shop to other: it can take up to 6(!) weeks.
In-store, the salesperson will scriblle your phonenumbers on a post-it, iow. "you'll never here from us again". This is a general policy for Dille & Kamille because it is done in Dutch and Belgian stores ...
Ik woon in Spanje heb 20 euro betaald aan verzendkosten maar het is het zo waard!!! Altijd kwaliteit wat je krijgt!!!!
