Nice sandals
The sandals arrived quickly and are very well made. They were comfortable from the beginning and the soles are lightweight as described, The sandals I ordered have very wide straps and so they are not dressy or delicate, but good with casual clothes. I usually wear a 10.5 so I ordered an 11. They are maybe a bit big, still good. I would say they run true to size.

Excellent customer service and product quality. This was my first time ordering from Brador and I couldn't be more pleased. I am usually a US womens size 9 so I ordered Euro size 39 bit they were too small. The responded in less than 24 hours and provided free return shipping and once I shipped thw sandals back I received a size bigger within a few days and the fit perfect. These are high quality leather and very nicely made. The leather is softening beautifuly after only wearing them a couple days. These will soon conform to my feet and be my go to sandals for summer and travel.

Sad it didn’t work
The shoes were so uncomfortable, the leather was so thick and stiff on the top that it was an immediate no. The sole was also not flexible or soft. They looked really cute and were made of genuine materials, but I was not about to destroy my feet breaking them in. Returning the shoes I’m on my own shipping them to an address however I like. I wish there was an easier return, even if I still have to pay for the returns. (Like Happy returns).

There was no communication about my order between the day it was paid for on November 20 until it shipped on approximately December 18. Additionally, when I sent inquiries about my order, no one was able to provide any information about it. It would have been a better experience if you let people know when they can expect shipment and delivery as well as status updates if the order will take a month as this one did.
