I have to start with a little story... I ordered silver sneakers from Zumnorde for New Year's Eve. They came with white laces... looked silly... I called you to ask if you might have silver laces in stock. A lovely lady said no, that was not intended. But then she said, "I'll take a look..." She found a shoebox with "stuff" in it, including two pairs of silver laces. "I'll send them to you without comment." Thank you, thank you... New Year's Eve was saved. I have been a customer of the shoe manufacturer for years and I really enjoy wearing their shoes. They are durable, have a great fit, and offer high comfort for my slightly problematic foot. As an insole wearer, it is particularly important to me that my insoles fit well into the shoes – this is easily possible with most sneakers. I have even bought a pair of open shoes and am surprised that I can wear them comfortably even without insoles. Completely satisfied and highly recommendable!

- there are many shoes in size 43 and the shoes still look great in that size - the shoes have a narrow fit - very great for me - timeless colors - awesome!!! - some models are adapted to trends but often also timeless - super!!! - I almost only buy shoes from Kennel and Schmenger - I wear the shoes for years and they still look great after years - very good quality - I often get compliments on my shoes - please have nice sandals in dark brown and cognac next summer - flat lace-up shoes and loafers in black would be great (simple and timeless)

Unfortunately, the Kennel & Schmenger shop in my hometown has closed. I had previously bought several shoes there and was never disappointed. That's why I dared to order from the online shop and was not disappointed here either. My new sandals are beautiful and fit very well. I'm happy with them!

32 years ago I was already selling Kennel & Schmenger shoes. Even back then, a top shoe as well as excellent lasts! Somehow disappeared from the scene and now better than ever🥰!! I was very pleased that my desired shoes eventually went on sale and, after ordering, were here by the day after next. Beautiful sandals! There is not enough variety of products. There are no really good models for the party to wear, such as various heels and shapes. But the production of similar models like sneakers, boots, ballerinas has continued from year to year. At the same time, there were successful and comfortable models like stepped leather ballerinas, but their production had been stopped instead of continuing. The availability of big sizes and colors is very limited. I think you need to attract more designers with creative ideas to meet the various existing demands of different groups of customers (age and requirements) to elevate the brand to higher standards and reputation among the leading shoe producers from various countries.

I am always amazed by the great shoes. They are not cheap, but just wonderful. The price is justified for me. I used to buy them at Leonardo in Koblenz. Now that I am home, I enjoy ordering them. Everything from online to delivery is great. I will continue ordering in the future.

I find the delivery costs very unreasonable because the order value is very high with every purchase. Other suppliers offer free delivery with an order value of 100 €, for example. It feels strange every time I order, as I am a very good customer who regularly orders shoes online from you. I really like the quality and that I can easily order the size online, and I always know that the shoes will fit me. That's why you remain one of my favorite brands to this day.

I love the shoes from Kennel and Schmenger because the models always match the current fashion trends (but also many are timeless), are high quality, and come in great designs/colors. I generally wear shoe size 44, but size 43 from Kennel and Schmenger also fits me well with a little eye for detail. The prices are, of course, not exactly a bargain, but you are compensated with truly great shoes. The delivery times, payment options, and potential refunds are very positive, as is the competent and friendly customer service. The only thing I would wish for is a broader selection in sizes 43 and especially 44. Additionally, I often find that my desired models in size 43 are quickly out of stock and often no longer available. Overall, thumbs up!!!

So far, quality and comfort were excellent, but the Mary Janes 'Jacy' in black are quite hard and uncomfortable. The buckle is not padded, the shoe pinches at that spot and at the heel and chafes the feet sore despite wearing stockings. This is something I've never experienced; I already own almost 10 pairs from your brand. Otherwise, I love your shoes, especially since they are offered in size 43.

I really have countless shoes from K&S, have been a customer for many years, and have always been impressed with the fit, craftsmanship, and extreme durability (with proper care). Unfortunately, I have been noticing more and more frequently, for about the last 3 years, that the quality is no longer what it used to be. This is frustrating given the prices and increasingly tempts me to switch to other brands. Recently, Paul Green convinced me with significantly higher quality craftsmanship and a much better price/performance ratio. For example, with my last order from K&S, the seams on the sneakers were not sewn properly (unfortunately, this happens often, so I have had to reorder the same model multiple times until it was flawless), the leather was cut and sewn unevenly, resulting in annoying protrusions, and increasingly the leather and soles (the soles have become worse, needing to go to the cobbler much faster than before) were not well connected. Somehow disappointing and really a shame because I still really appreciate and like the designs, etc. I will continue to keep an eye on it and hope that it is just a phase and the quality will match the price level again.

My normal shoe size is 38... I had to order again in 39 because 38.5 did not fit me. I had to pay double shipping fees... it's not nice! Please note that they run small... The quality and design of the shoes are very good👍

Very comfortable and high-quality ballerinas. I had several models that lasted about 10 years. I especially like those with the elastic holding the heel. They are soft and very comfortable. I'm waiting for new black models :)
