the pair i recieved was more crude than I expected. once broken in, if comfortable, they could be classic beach shoes. i have old feet that i have damages over my life breaking in too many stif heavy leather shoes. the size i ordered was to small. that might have been my bad ordering. but the worst is no retrn shipping coverage. thanks to our oil war, it cost me $44 dollar to retrn them the way they came to me. my giess is this is a new venture that hasn’t figured out its service support. mail order requires b exchanges and customer follow through

I had been searching for a high quality, comfortable leather sandal for a long time. Last year, I can't even remember how I came across the Brador brand. I bought a pair of black sandals that has been incredibly comfortable and beautiful. I loved them so much that I ended up buying a brown sandal this year when I heard about the sale. It has been very difficult for me to talk to someone from the company that can help me exchange my 2 pairs of sandals for the correct size.
It would be very helpful to have someone that can resolve issue as they arise. I feel that I am stuck with 2 pairs of sandals that are way too small and no way of getting a hold of someone for an exchang.
