Die Pferdefliegendecke ist von bester Qualität. Sie sitzt perfekt. Was ich gerne erwähnen möchte, in einer Herde/Offenstallhaltung ist die Zebradecke nicht zu empfehlen, vielleicht besser eine unifarbene wählen. Unsere Stute in einer grossen Herde wurde wegen des Zebralooks gejagt und von der Gruppe verstossen. Hätte ich dies vorher gewusst,, hätte ich mich für eine unifarbene Decke entschieden.

I have used Equinest for a while now. I've never had a problem until this last order. There was a hiccup with the delivery. I wrote to the shop and received no reply until I used their Trusted Shops membership. Then, communication lines opened, and they investigated the holdup. The order was delivered quickly after. The outcome was good, and everybody was happy. However, if they had answered my query earlier, I wouldn't have had to resort to Trusted Shops, although I am happy they are part of the scheme.

I've had problems with postage to Portugal in the past where I wasn't informed where the parcel was delivered to for collection & it was returned! This time with prompting to Equinest, DHL told me where I could collect the parcel BUT it was in the middle of town with no parking available. There were no alternatives. I made two journeys to the pick up point. On the first occasion they couldn't find the parcel & wanted the email which i couldn't find - I'd photographed the PIN number only. The second time I went back & picked up the parcel which was heavy, had to climb two flights of stairs and walk 10 mins to the car. Luckily i brought my trolley with me as i knew the delivery would be heavy. Equinest told me the parcel would be delivered to my home, avoiding all this hassle but you never know what's going on sadly. I won't order from them again. It's too stressful.

I had some issues with the first purchase discount but they were solved briefly. The product was lovely and the shipping fast. I recommend it

Customer support was very slow, the link for the tracking doesn’t work properly. Delivery took two weeks instead of one. However the packaging was better than last time because the in previous one the box was open and the salt inside spilled out. This time the boxes were properly closed with tape.
