Shameful service!

The website stated 2–7 days delivery, but after 7 days my order had not even been dispatched. I sent several polite emails and follow-ups, and they were either ignored or answered with vague promises that were not kept. I was even told the watch would be shipped that day, and it still was not sent. For a retailer taking this amount of money from customers, this is simply unacceptable. Poor communication, misleading delivery information, and no respect for the customer’s time or money. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this store.

Your order was a pre-order, and the estimated shipping time was clearly indicated on the product page as approximately one week before dispatch. The initial delay occurred with Deutsche Post, which was outside of our direct control. In order to resolve the situation as quickly as possible, we arranged a new shipment via UPS at our own expense, and we also refunded your original shipping costs. Bad experience with support - they answered my question after I contacted them a second time 5 days later. The package containing the watch wasn’t shipped on time - only after I asked when the package would leave the warehouse was it finally sent a short time later. In the meantime I buyed the watch at another dealer, so this watch will be sent back.

No one responses abou returns - ghost shop! No idea where to return and how to get money back.

On 03/28/2026 I sent an email for a return as specified in the description and until today 04/09/2026 I have not received the return instructions nor the address where I can send the package.
