Disappointing Experience

Positive: fast delivery. Negative: The watch was not delivered in its original box, but in a different box. A disaster for a gift. Even more negative: Why I had to pay a foreign currency processing fee of €8.13 for an order in euros in Germany and delivery from Germany defies all logic. All in all, unfortunately a disappointment!

Shameful service!

The website stated 2–7 days delivery, but after 7 days my order had not even been dispatched. I sent several polite emails and follow-ups, and they were either ignored or answered with vague promises that were not kept. I was even told the watch would be shipped that day, and it still was not sent. For a retailer taking this amount of money from customers, this is simply unacceptable. Poor communication, misleading delivery information, and no respect for the customer’s time or money. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this store.

The initial delay occurred with Deutsche Post, which was outside of our direct control. In order to resolve the situation as quickly as possible, we arranged a new shipment via UPS at our own expense, and we also refunded your original shipping costs. Selled to me a used watch without folie, Customer service doesnt answer on calls or emails

On 03/28/2026 I sent an email for a return as specified in the description and until today 04/09/2026 I have not received the return instructions nor the address where I can send the package.
