I ordered a Cartier watch. Instead of the indicated 4 weeks it took 7 weeks and once I received it it was not the watch I ordered, but a smaller and cheaper model!! Communication was very slow and Chronext was asking me to place a new order for the watch that I actually ordered. I cancelled the order now after two weeks still awaiting a refund. Chronext is no longer responding to my emails even. Never again!
