I contacted Sprintis and asked if a specific tape gun they sold would suit a specific finger lift tape they also sold. I was told yes, the gun was suitable for that specific tape. However when my order arrived it was clear that the gun was not suitable for applying the tape. When I contacted them about this I was told they could refund me the tape. I told them it was the gun I had a problem with, not the tape. My last email stating this was sent on 17th Jan and I've had no reply since and no refund either.
