I am very happy with the extremely fast delivery. The device arrived in perfect condition, and I have already handed it over to the avionics specialists to be installed in my aircraft. The overall communication was great, and the ordering process became very smooth. Everything went smoothly in the end, but the ordering system could be slightly clearer to avoid accidental duplicate orders or initial payment misunderstandings. Other than that, keep up the great work!

Everything was really smoothly handled. I have no yet tried the headset, as unfortunately weather has been poor, but that's outside the scope for this review.

I was in need for a new transponder antenna and a ELT replacement battery. Both have been delivered very quick at an interesting price.

Fast delivery, no issues. Seal on the Bose packaging was opened and it made me wonder if headset was “used” but all seamed to be new.

I didn't proceed with my order as I thought delivery costs were high. I am going to wait to add more items later to get very value for the delivery

I was looking for a manual riveting tool to fix new pads on brake shoes for an oldtimer. The tool is affordable, excellent quality and service !

Extremely poor customer service – I strongly advise against buying from Air Team Based on my experience, I strongly advise others not to buy from Air Team. I have paid for goods that I have not received, and getting any real help from this company has been almost impossible. Their customer service is extremely poor. It is impossible to reach them by phone. Neither the regular phone number nor WhatsApp seems to work, and it appears that these contact channels are either not staffed or simply disconnected. After repeated emails and messages through their support system, they eventually reply with short standard phrases such as “we will look into it”. However, nothing happens after that. They do not come back with clear information, they do not provide a proper explanation, and they do not offer any real solution. I have also asked directly whether I can come and collect the goods myself, but they have not given me a clear answer to that either. When a supplier accepts payment, fails to deliver the goods, cannot be reached by phone, and only replies with vague standard responses after repeated follow-ups, this is, in my opinion, highly unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. To me, this gives the impression of a supplier operating on the borderline of a scam. I have now requested an immediate refund. If Air Team responds quickly and resolves this matter properly, I will of course update or reconsider this review. However, as long as the case remains unresolved, this warning stands. At this point, I cannot recommend Air Team in any way. On the contrary, I strongly advise others to avoid buying from this supplier.

Good evening, I am writing to file a complaint regarding the headsets I ordered from Airteam and received the day before yesterday. Yesterday, during the first flight in which I used the headsets, I noticed that the microphone was not working properly, making it impossible to communicate through the equipment. I tried them on two different aircraft, but without success. Given that I received the product just two days ago and it malfunctioned on the very first use, I request that the warranty be activated and that you provide instructions on the necessary procedures for returning the equipment for inspection and subsequent repair or replacement.
