I ordered a new 3d printer and PLA filament. Something went wrong with my payment. Their system changed my region at the checkout and there was a currency conversion issue, so I ended up paying too much. I got the payment refunded right away and they set up a new order that I just needed to pay again. It came with a discount to make up for all the losses from the previous order.
The support was fast enough, so the order wasn't even delayed. I still got it the day it said it would arrive initially.
So...
When I found that the Ender S1 Pro that I received had a F1 chip (which Creality does not post Firmware updates for), I asked tech support what to do. After not believing me they told me to contact Creality.
The only reason I ordered from 3dprima, was that they promised good customer support, but this was not better than Amazon.
So what you can improve:
- Don't pretend to have good customer support.
- Don't sell printers that are not supported.
Oh, and yeah, the filament I ordered and the delivery time was really not impressive...
The reason you didn't get a one was the price... But since you're no better than Amazon, then... So it's a weak two...
Order failed to deliver on expected date, and looks like it will take extra couple of days to arrive.
We've actually payed for the shipping costs. It was 3Dprima that selected the carrier, and so it's 3Dprima responsible for the delay.

Deras filament är ingen bra rullade alls, kvalitet är jo bra
De borde sluta använda Budbee som frakt alternativ, beställde en produkt 13/4/23, jag har skrivit detta 21/4/23 och har inte fått en ända uppdatering på budbee app.
Efter par mejl med kundservice de skulle skicka samma varann igen.
Frågan är om de hade skickat paketet från början eller inte.

I ordered a motor kit but I just received the motor, not the whole kit. I immediately opened a ticket asking for help with this issue, but after more than a week still no response. It's such a shame, this is the third order on this website and never had a problem.

So far, I have not received my order
Seems you are under-staffed:
It took from Oct12 to Oct 17 to acknowledge a wire transfer after several emails.
The last promise was to send it on Oct 17 but UPS does not recognize having the articles (Today is Oct 18 here and in Sweden)
