I ordered a new 3d printer and PLA filament. Something went wrong with my payment. Their system changed my region at the checkout and there was a currency conversion issue, so I ended up paying too much. I got the payment refunded right away and they set up a new order that I just needed to pay again. It came with a discount to make up for all the losses from the previous order. The support was fast enough, so the order wasn't even delayed. I still got it the day it said it would arrive initially.

Deras filament är ingen bra rullade alls, kvalitet är jo bra De borde sluta använda Budbee som frakt alternativ, beställde en produkt 13/4/23, jag har skrivit detta 21/4/23 och har inte fått en ända uppdatering på budbee app. Efter par mejl med kundservice de skulle skicka samma varann igen. Frågan är om de hade skickat paketet från början eller inte.

SCARCE AND POOR HANDLING OF TRANSPORT AND SHIPMENT PHASES, DELIVERY NOT FULFILLED YET

I am sending a detailed description of the current status of the shipment. It has been scarcely handled and the delivery was not fulfilled at all, as there are already extensions for the timetables of final shipment to the customer's address.

I'm their reseller. A great share of their 3D printers are discounted for the end customers but not for resellers. So, the end user will get the printer remarkably cheaper when purchasing directly from 3DPrima instead of the reseller. That makes the reseller position very difficult if not impossible. Sometimes you order items that are not in stock but you need to wait. While waiting, you're not able to add products to your order, but you need to make a new order. So, you get two (or more) deliveries and pay two (or more) freight charges.

I ordered an item and i chose bank transfer as paying method. After transfering the money i wrote to their support team asking a follow up and they ignore me, as of now i dont have any information about the status of the order.

Delivery and communication problems

Our order has been kept at Fedex facility for almost a week already and not moving. Fedex tracking shows the same status of the shipment. Nobody has contacted or updated us so far. I sent a request regarding the problem 3 days ago. The ticket was registered, but no response received.

Arched buildplate and a defective thermistor

I bought five printers where two of five did not work. One had an arched buildplate and the second had a defective thermistor. There have been so much problem and taken far to long time getting this solved. And now I got an e-mail saying that there were something wrong with my payment more than three years ago!!!! This is how you loos a customer.

Order failed to deliver on expected date, and looks like it will take extra couple of days to arrive. We've actually payed for the shipping costs. It was 3Dprima that selected the carrier, and so it's 3Dprima responsible for the delay.
