Alloy 910 nylon filament has been difficult to source in the UK lately but 3DPrima were able to source it from stock and deliver it to me in the UK in under 4 days. It was even 40% off in the sale. I build small combat robots as a hobby and Alloy 910 is the strongest material I have found having just enough flex to make it impact resistant. You can even dye it many colours using nylon clothing dyes such as oranges as can be seen in the pictures below.

I'm their reseller. A great share of their 3D printers are discounted for the end customers but not for resellers. So, the end user will get the printer remarkably cheaper when purchasing directly from 3DPrima instead of the reseller. That makes the reseller position very difficult if not impossible. Sometimes you order items that are not in stock but you need to wait. While waiting, you're not able to add products to your order, but you need to make a new order. So, you get two (or more) deliveries and pay two (or more) freight charges.

I ordered an item and they stopped responding

I ordered an item and i chose bank transfer as paying method. After transfering the money i wrote to their support team asking a follow up and they ignore me, as of now i dont have any information about the status of the order.

Arched buildplate and a defective thermistor

I bought five printers where two of five did not work. One had an arched buildplate and the second had a defective thermistor. There have been so much problem and taken far to long time getting this solved. And now I got an e-mail saying that there were something wrong with my payment more than three years ago!!!! This is how you loos a customer.
