Good delivery, not as fast as intended but good. The Prima 120 V4 is very compact. Not a lot of tools in the box, but don't expected at this level of price. Instruction are basic, don't forget to read the PDF. A firmware update to improve some feature would be great like less noise from the engine or Improve calibration. The magnetic bed is not very flat, should be improve too. Good printer in this range of price.

Very nice customer service at pick up point I brought the wrong part i needed but i saw it only after i placed the order, but when i went to pick up my items, they exchanged it to the correct one there. Very nice service, lots of knowledge. I will order at 3D prima again when i need parts or 3d filament for my 3d printer

Excellent service. The package was delivered to the door a couple of days after my order. The packaging was entirely intact and the printer is working perfectly since then. I 100% recommend shopping from 3dprima. :)

All is good and delivery time was fast. The only possible ting to improve would be to deliver a list of the spcifications of materials when you buy a sample pack of many materials.

Very fast delivery. Items still under test..... not so lucky with the quality but this is a issue for the manufacturer and not the shop.
