I love that Superbalist offers next day delivery (in main city hubs), this was an absolute saving grace for me as I had a last minute event dress disaster that with the next day delivery was completely solved. The returns process is also fantastic and I have never had an issue. The variety and range is great for so many occasions and preferences. Amazing clothing as well as home goods. I love that some of the brands include the size of the model which really helps in deciding which size to take as well as the size finder. My only suggestion is that as a user I have no idea how to leave a review of items though, and I’m sure I’m not alone as many items don’t have reviews.

Delivery was late. Seems like it was only attended to once I contacted you guys to complain.
Then I was told that one of my items was not available even though the app showed that it was.
You guys sent me a 20% discount which was not much less than the discount I would have received on the dress and now the dress in my size is sold out.
Very bad service. This has happened before and I've overlooked it but this problem doesn't seem to be addressed. I've also noticed other customers complaining about the same thing. So not impressed

Generally happy with Suberbalist and what is on offer. Nice variety.
The exchange process could be made better - it would be easier to be able to exchange an item and not swop for the same thing/size. One has to do a return and then do another purchase, which is often a bit frustrating.

I have never had problems with Superbalist. Even if I get an incorrect item, it is easy to return the item, get the right item or be refunded. Their service is the best. What I love the most is the fact that they don’t charge for collecting a returned item or an exchange.

I liked how quick and easy ordering from Superbalist was. Telling us the size that the model is wearing assists a lot.
I would like to see the sizes the South African way on male pants e.g. 28, 30, or 36, etc.

Don't change prices daily, if something is on sale then it should be properly on sale and the price iinflated to seem like it's on sale!!
Shein stuff you are buying and selling should be sold to less than they are selling it for or at the very least the same price!!!

I have never had any bad experience with superbalist .i do all my big purchases on here.. I love the specials they always run and i will continually be a loyal supporter of the site.. A voucher every now and then when big purchases are made would go highly recommended.

Happy with every purchase
Very happy with every purchase I have made. Return issues I had regarding size and product have been sorted immediately and with in 3 to 4 days I had the new product at the correct size. Superb list saves me hours of frustrating mall time shopping for a family of 4.

Delivery Team to call and stop the car bell, It is not safe anymore and we are even scared to go out if there is a car hoot, we keep on looking through the window which if it is our delivery we may end up delaying them and exposing the to any risk.

Generally, I love Superbalist, They are reliable and I have not had a problem with their service.
