I am impressed with your delivery service, the unique items you sell, and the excellent customer service. The only issue I have is with the sizing of some brands. The sizes are often inaccurate and not true to standard measurements, which can be very frustrating. Sometimes, I like an item, but before even trying it on, I can tell that it is not going to fit because the sizing appears incorrect. I would appreciate it if the brands could improve the accuracy and consistency of their sizing, as this would greatly enhance the shopping experience.

I like the way you kept updating me about my order. And you delivered as promised. What I did not like is the fact that I did not get my first buyer offer/discount. I requested the OTP and it was sent , but I had to log out from the app inorder for me to b able to retrieve the message. When I logged in back to the app it gave me an option to request it again and they could not give me coz the app said it is already sent. I am not happy about that

It was smooth, quick easy and effortless. The quilt received was exactly what I ordered. The only negative was the strong, unpleasant, chemical smell emanating from the quilt itself and when I hung it over a clothes dryer to air, the smell permeated the room! Thankfully opening all the windows cleared the air in the room, but the quilt still hasn’t lost its odour. If it doesn’t improve within the next day or two, I’ll have to exchange it for another one. I don’t wish to return it as it’s exactly what I requested. My concern is that the small comes from the fabric itself…

I love that I can shop in the middle of the night when I have time while in my PJ’s. I love that the clothes always come VERY NEATLY packed 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼. THANK YOU SO MUCH for this. It is SEEN and APPRECIATED. ….in contrast Woolies are TeRriBLe with how they pack the clothes when I buy online from them (Trenery, Country Road, Witchery etc), it looks like a literal laundry basket and I have to steam the brand new expensive clothes just to try them on and it’s a mission to swop sizes. Never have this problem with Superbalist. Wish you also stocked those brands. I love that Superbalist ships FAST and returns are picked up FAST. (Sometimes even next day for smaller orders which is fantastic). FANTASTIC company.

The exchange process was very quick and easy. I ordered a denim waist coat in XS and it was too small. I used the app to find my correct size, I should have used it in the first place and get the correct size, thing is I really wanted a snatched look but the XS was too small. So I requested the exchange, it was hassle-free and quick. Excellent customer service. The driver was really friendly, he did the exchange with my grandmother, as I was at work and called me after to tell me that the delivery and pick up was done.

I love the seamless process of Superbalist. Because we dont get to fit the items we buy, online shopping can be quite daunting. I think the existence of pickup and drop off points makes it super convenient for me to shop in the luxury of my own home, and have the flexibility to return without incurring delivery fees, going to buys malls and being overwhelmed by the sheer volume of clothes and poor arrangements in shops.

I like the convenience that come with browsing and shopping online, but I am unhappy with the inconsistent quality management/ customer service. Recently I was delivered a small (S/P) gym jogger instead of the large size I had ordered which was indicated on the tag upon receipt only to find out the size on the jogger is different as further proven by the fit. On another occasion I was charged for expedited delivery which was later downgraded to standard delivery with no credit to me.

Always such a win using this app. It is quick, easy to navigate and order, and returns are handled quickly and promptly, as are refunds, I really cannot fault it and can't believe it when people say they don't shop on Superbalist! One suggestion though for the dev team - when I add items to my cart and they are no longer available (often because I forget to check out or am not sure and decide to wait a day or two), the item disappears and I battle to find it again. A suggestion would be to immediately add it to that person's Wishlist so we can immediately see when it becomes available again. That would be a BIG win (and revenue driver - just saying!).

User friendly app, very easy to navigate. Clearing cart is easy, returns and exchanges are also easy. Variety of brand offerings. Really love the app! What could you possible do better? Bring us more MANGO items and make it easy to change delivery details eg if I select delivery by mistake and want to collect rather, surely I should be able to do that maybe in a 1hr window post making the purchase

I recently had 2 orders that presented with issues. It was the way the problems were handled that actually blew me away. My first order, I wanted to return for a refund but there was a problem with your app, and it wouldn’t allow me the last step to complete. Sinazo was incredibly helpful and logged the return/refund and constantly stayed in touch. My second order was shipped to the wrong distribution centre and arrived after the scheduled date which caused problems as I had guests staying over which meant I had to move furniture around while they were here. I was in contact with Rose and after a bit of back and forth, my request to have the delivery fee waived was approved. Thank you very much. Because of the way you handled these issues, I will remain a loyal Superbalist customer.

I think what I’m mostly like about super list is the delivery they deliver the delivery time is very accurate and it’s always like perfectly on time and also I really like the communication they always communicating with on their emails so you know where your parcel is and everything and so fourth I really like that really like that it has almost all the stores so you can literally buy from there from different stores

Superbalist has always been one of my trusted online shopping platforms for almost 10 years now, when I used to stay in remote areas with no access to some brands. I thoroughly love their exchange and returns policy. It’s clear and fair. One thing that could be improved for me is the inventory availability management, especially when one buys a top and a matching bottom and just when they’re about to be delivered, one of the items is being processed for refund🙆🏽‍♀️ 😭😭and you had plans for the outfit.

Living on a farm and not a fan of malls (they overwhelm me), Superbalist is my absolute go-to! Very convenient & user-friendly app. Here and there I've received something in my parcel that I didn't order or I ordered something to later find out that it's out of stock... Superbalist always managed it well by quickly refunding me and giving a discount code for a next purchase. Overall I'm very satisfied with the experience & service that they offer :)

Love the discounts you send us (and the added discounts on the discount😏). It definitely encourages me to think about what I need at the time. In addition to that, Customer Service is excellent - they actually reply and are helpful, plus delivery is speedy, efficient and reliable. That’s why I continue shopping with them and recommend Superbalist to friends!

Superbalist has been my favourite online store since 2019. Smooth delivery, smooth returns. When I started I was living in the rural areas and 3-5 working delivery days have been as consistent as it is while I am in urban areas. I have recommended Superbalist to too many of my friends, colleagues and family members and they’re winning with using those 30-45% vouchers.

🙌🏽✨Huge leaps in improved service and turnaround time from Superbalist. I’d normally place an order and receive it in 7-10 days and yes, that.s how y’all moved with my online orders. This time however, my order took only a few days to reach me; and I’m damn pleased and 5 🌟 stars from me. Courier that delivered my order is the Takealot/ Mr. Delivery and they need a whole customer service revamp in their outfit et al. Some of the delivery folk seem to have lost their manners and common sense when they are @ the gate, so I don’t rate this courier partner @ all.

I ordered a single duvet set for my grandson for his birthday - without asking the size first. When my daughter indicated that she would prefer a 3/4 size, I requested a change on line. I handed the wrong one in at Elgin Mall, within 24 hours I was refunded (with money in my Superbalist account) and within 3 days after me ordering the 3/4 size duvet it was delivered at Elgin Mall
