Very easy to shop. Quick ish delivery. Seems very easy to return / exchange. App is very user friendly. An idea that would seem cool though (not sure how easy it would be to execute) - A "warehouse collection shop" - so like you place a large ish order (eg. 10 items) and then maybe you can collect it at this front area room of the warehouse, open the package immediately to inspect and return any item you not happy with immediately and get a refund immediately just to cut out all that wait time. But this place would strictly be a collect / return area only. Not a place to shop around or try on clothing. If for example you put a tshirt in front of you and it appears too small you can immediately be like no I'll return. If you need to try it on then maybe you go through the usual route of going home and processing the collect / drop off option which takes time. Or if you need to exchange for another size that would also understandably take more time unless there was a staff member that could run to the back to check i guess.

The app was really easy to navigate, the availability of the footwear on the different sizes is visible. The payment section was standard and delivery had options of delivery times and delivery instructions. I liked that I could track my order via the app. The 1 shoe I’ve purchased was slightly tight for me, I booked an exchange via the app to get a bigger size. I was not charged for the delivery, the exchange was delivered within 2 days. No fuss, no drama, I feel really cared for! I really love Superbalist and their efficient and amazing team 🙌🏻🌟

Superbalist clothing is of excellent quality and lovely designs - I'm particularly happy with the amount of cotton clothing available. However the bedding was a disappointment. The Safari set has a printing floor across part of the duvet. While the back (striped part) is excellent quality the material used for the animal print is of a thin quality. As a seamstress I am delighted with the clothing but not happy with the duvet set.

My gosh my delivery was so quick and I love the fur of the blazer very chic and fits like a glove ,paired it with the sling bag I got and I looooooooovvvvveeeeee it Superbalist is always the best when it comes to everything be it delivery or service they are amazing and I’ve been using for over 5 years now and nothing has changed ! I love this and H&M makes the best clothes I love it as a brand and I’m glad I can get the quality exclusive drops right at my doorstep from Superbalist,it sure is SUPERB 👌

I have now experienced the same issue twice. My parcels were delivered on weekends even though the delivery address provided is a work address. I selected this address because I am available there during working hours, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Weekend deliveries to a workplace are not practical and require me to travel to work just to collect my parcel. Please ensure that drivers understand that a work address should only be used for deliveries during business hours on working days. They should not attempt weekend deliveries and then report to Superbalist that the customer was unavailable.

The overall online shopping experience was excellent. The items were delivered to the Foreshore branch within a quick turnaround time, arrived in good condition and were all correct. The items also fitted perfectly to size. The discount provided was also greatly appreciated and made the purchase more affordable. Thank you for the great service and smooth shopping experience!

I bought H&M undies for my kinders, boyleg for my daughter and stretch knit boxers for my son. Very nice quality and delivered to Park Meadows Pick n Pay very promptly. The girls' size 8-10 boyleg fit my 9 year old daughter well, the size 6-8 boxers are a little baggy on my 6 year old son, usually the H&M undies last well, so I'm sure he'll have the opportunity to grow into them.

Everything is great so far. I've ordered on Superbalist twice now, and it's been great. I would love it if you don't change the delivery days date. If it's said to come 2rd of November ( example ) then it needs to come on the 2rd of November. I haven't received any wrongful sizes, so that's good but just in case make sure your sizes are accurate. Thank you. : )

Most convenient way to shop if you know your size. I love that the product information includes the type of material. No fuss returns. Couriering from Superbalist JHB warehouse to your door, requires patience as the delivery turn around time may exceed 14days. Larger items delivery team requires training....driver shouted from the curb side, announcing to the entire neighborhood (lol), that a superbalist delivery has arrived.

Everything is all good and logical for any shopper,I received my clothes and flops to the the right fit the same way I used to buy things physically at any stop.superbalist makes my world so epic when coming to my fashion and how I fit on perfectly the size and how I imagined myself before coming for me.everything I bout here,it came with the right quality and material as they were on the image,and I appreciate the camera crew behind every detail they take,even though some of us we are so into close close clothe material camera detailing. But for everything is still good by far

I love the fact if you purchase an item and you it does not fit you can exchange it for another size and the will drop it for you while picking up the other item,now thats great service...a job well done Superbalist,thats why i would always support you and always recommend you to my family and friends.....At other online shops as well as walk in shop you need to take back the item the refund you and then you need to start the purchase process from scratch which is such i hassle....other online businesses can learn a thing or two from you.

That you get back to costomers quick, your service is fast you don't take time to deliver, what you could do better is of with that part of delivery address, you need to give customers an open, visible adding address pane during the checkout process, cos the part of having an option for manual delivery address for me it's really not okay cos it make people make mistakes.

Fast service, hassle free returns. You are doing great, nothing lacks so far. The sneaker size is small and slim. One needed one size up, I have a slim feet and the feet fits perfectly. I do not know if wider feet will cope. The quality is superb, I like it. Had to return because normal size was small. Overall the quality of item and Superbalist service are spot on.

I appreciate that you understood my claim with a product that was non refundable. I was so unhappy about spending an amount of money on a product that was unsatisfactory.
