I like the fact that Superbalist really cater for the plussize woman. All too often plussize clothing are outdated, frumpy and just not nice. We also struggle with trendy styles, things are nit true to size etc but Superbalist has really delivered 70% of the time so far. There is a lot they can improve on since the South African market has a lot of potential for plussize woman. Another BIG issue is finding boots for people with big calves. I have big calves and have to buy my boots from the UK cause NOWHERE in SA I can find them. Otherwise I have to take them to someone who then adds a piece of leather so they can fit me. I bought a pair from the Butterfly label (my fav because the shoes are always so comfortable) and they fit beautiful till I have to zip it closed. I have always been disappointed with knee hight boots in South Africa.

Lovely experience. I love the option to be able to return for an exchange or refund even if you simply don't like something, at no extra fee. However. With my purchase of the croc, on the website it has a UK size but when it arrived it was a US size and this confused me and resulted in me returning the item 2 times unknowingly, because they kept sending back the same "wrong" size. Meanwhile the size was correct but it was a US size 7 and I thought it's the UK 6 like i ordered so I thought it's wrong. I wish the website was more clear on the sizing of the croc.

My son really loves his shoes. Thank you so much. I think what should improve on all online stores is shoe sizes especially for kids. For example, my son is 4 turning 5. But when I have to look for shoes for him on Superbalist, I find his shoe size on 0 - 2 years. I can’t find his correct size on 2 - 8yrs. It’s confusing when you want to shop shoes for them. So try correcting shoe sizes. Already it’s difficult buying shoes online for kids, it’s like a risk because size can be incorrect. But other than that, I am super happy with superbalist. It’s the best.

When searching a filter, I would like to know how many items are displayed so that I'm not scrolling on what seems like a bottomless list. If there are too many items, I will then filter it more. But please just put the listing number back. Overall I'm a loyal Superbalist customer and try to get 90% of my clothing here. I would like to see more a la mode pieces and shoes. The shoe department has been disappointing and not keeping up with trends. I'll pay anything for a smart heeled, genuine leather boot.

The platform is super easy to use, and customer service is fantastic. Returning items is also super easy. One thing that would be cool, is if clothing items that also appear in the picture of the item that was searched (e.g. a shirt that the model is wearing with the skirt that I'm looking for), could be listed in the description somewhere. That way it would be possible to purchase the set, if wanted, without having to repeat the search in a different category, hoping to find what you're looking for.

Easy delivery and return. I like that items are easy to return within a certain time with no fuss, makes it fair and trusting in a time like today with online shopping things aren't always what they seem. This I believe puts Superbalist in a different league when it comes to online shopping. I also love the brand variety available on Superbalist, this makes it your one time shopping website always together with the discounts that come all the time.

It was more of a timing aspect that led me to buy, it was also my first time buying. I didn't wait long and the order was a surprise for my significant other. They collected it under the guise that I was really excited for the package they had to get it to me. I was video called upon collection and got to see their reaction. It was well worth it. I would say to maybe add a "it's a gift.." option so that the package really will be a surprise haha

I love the fact that I can order outfits to try on in the comfort of my own home and return if they do not suit me. No questions or problems. As long as it's in the original packaging with all the tags in place. It makes me confident to order a few outfits at a time. It also makes me order a lot more than I should which I end up keeping so I really think it's in your favour. Great shopping with Suprbalist.

I really enjoy the "Deliver Next Day" Option. I had a wedding where I forgot to buy the shoes that the Bride wanted, but luckily for Superbalist with the "Deliver Next Day" Option, I could get the right shoes. I am loving the shoes and the dress. Both are of high quality and I would definitely buy from Superbalist again! Maybe even more from them than Shein as Superbalist do have a few nice specials!

Sometimes the delivery takes a really long time. I can wait up to a week for some orders. I'd also really love if you could review how much wasted space is in boxes. I sometimes get 3 or 4 boxes and everything could have fit into 1 or maybe 2. Less waste on packaging would be a huge plus. At times your app or website show stock of an item but when I try to purchase it says quantity not available.

I got more than what I expected in terms of quality from both stores. The online shopping experience is always great asusually but what i did not like is that on the website it showed a different date to when the delivery was going to be made, it was actually made the next day but the dates id not change so i knew something happened or that they had been a delay as they usually do.

Superbalist is the online retail market leader in my opinion. - Superb quality clothing - Lots of locally produced products - Great pricing, and the frequent offers make it even more attractive - Great communication on orders and delivery - Ordering process is quite simple - Returns policy is also seamless (I have only ever had to return product two or three times.

I love the whole experience and offering, and the ease of being able to return something if it doesn't fit or not quite what I had imagined. Delivery times are quick and kept up to date through the whole process. Well done Superbalist, you guys are great, OH and lets not forget the sales that pop up, often getting things I would normally not be able to afford.

I ordered alot of clothing from Superbalist and it was my 1st time buying online so I wasn’t sure of the sizes and when the Clothes arrived which was right on time they were the wrong size which was totally my fault, so I logged an exchange thinking it will be a lengthy process but they brought me the exchange the second day very happy with their service 10/10

The Takealot Pickup Point in Centurion is not ideally located. It is in the undercover parking area of Centurion Mall, which means you have to pay at least R10 rand every time you collect something, even if this only takes you two minutes. Perhaps some arrangement could be made with the mall to give free/validated parking to customers coming to collect .

If a delivery date is chosen, rather ask if earlier date is convenient before just changing. Often will schedule delivery for a Monday and then will get sms that is coming on Saturday which often does not suit me. Also items are often delivered in multiple boxes. Sizing is appropriate but would cut down on waste if only one box per delivery was made

The service is very good. Delivery is quick. The majority of the products are good quality, but I did have an issue with a Lark and Crosse men's jacket which came apart after two wears. A wider variety of Mango products would be nice. There seems to be an overload of H&M. I would like brands such as la Senza and Women's Secret to be stocked.

I did a return and they were very quick to collect my stuff and replacement was smooth. They also communicate everything, you are NOT left in the dark. What they could do better is to double check before they pack because I was disappointed to receive a shoe in such a condition. Otherwise I am happy with their service and items they sell.

The item i ordered was kind of big for my size so i think in product description it should be added if the item is a big cut or a small cut because i had ordered a medium which is my size but it was too big i had to exchange it with small and the services delivery was just amazing and fast.
