Five stars, every time! Superbalist is hands down one of my favourite places to shop online. From the moment I place an order, they keep me updated with confirmation, dispatch and delivery notifications, so I always know exactly where my parcel is. Delivery is consistently quicker than expected, and that's rare these days. The website is easy to navigate, there's a great mix of brands and styles, and the sales are worth watching. ​My husband and I have been loyal Superbalist customers for years and have always appreciated your fast delivery and great service. However, my latest order has been very disappointing. ​I was initially sent the wrong size jeans, so I returned them requesting the correct size. Today, I received the replacement package, only to find the exact same incorrect size inside—it feels as though the original item was simply repacked and sent right back to me. ​Because of this, I no longer want to wait for an exchange and would like a full refund instead. Please look into your fulfillment process to ensure this doesn't happen to other customers. I remain a big fan of Superbalist, but I hope this issue can be resolved promptly.

Loved the discounted price of the items I bought. Really helpful as I was worried about how the normal price and price at other retailers would affect my budget. I really appreciate that Payflex is a payment option. Appreciated that I could collect the order at my local takealot pickup point. The items came in about 3 boxes, assume that this may be due to the items being sourced from different locations.

I purchased wooden toys for my grandbaby girl... building blocks, ice cream cart with the cutest little ice-cream & lollies and a dairy basket... I have to say that the quality is wayyyy way better than I anticipated. It's brilliant! Beautifully packaged. 😍 Superbalist is without a doubt my new number 1 go-to ... I'll definitely be purchasing again, very often! It's a given... I just have to build my grandbaby a whole collection of all these amazing wooden toys 🤭 and she loves them. I love shopping on Superbalist! There are so many options to choose from, whether I'm looking for clothing, shoes, beauty products, or something for my home. The variety of brands and styles makes it easy to find exactly what I need. The app is user-friendly, shopping is convenient, and I enjoy browsing the latest trends. Delivery has always been reliable, and I appreciate the regular specials and discounts. Overall, a great shopping experience that keeps me coming back.

Very easy to shop. Quick ish delivery. Seems very easy to return / exchange. App is very user friendly. An idea that would seem cool though (not sure how easy it would be to execute) - A "warehouse collection shop" - so like you place a large ish order (eg. 10 items) and then maybe you can collect it at this front area room of the warehouse, open the package immediately to inspect and return any item you not happy with immediately and get a refund immediately just to cut out all that wait time. But this place would strictly be a collect / return area only. Not a place to shop around or try on clothing. If for example you put a tshirt in front of you and it appears too small you can immediately be like no I'll return. If you need to try it on then maybe you go through the usual route of going home and processing the collect / drop off option which takes time. Or if you need to exchange for another size that would also understandably take more time unless there was a staff member that could run to the back to check i guess.

I had such a seamless experience with my order exchange. The whole process was quick and hassle free, and I was kept updated throughout. The communication was really good, and I was honestly surprised by how quickly the exchange was completed.What made the experience even better was that I didn’t have to pay anything for the exchange. Superbalist should stick to its promises. One of my orders which was made in august was cancelled due to the following reason. I uploaded a wrong number for delivery which I tried to mend vi by an emailing the Superbalist team before the Oder delivery. I got a respond saying that the correct number had been to the delivery man , only to get get an email 2 days sfter the estimated delivery date saying that my order was cancelled due to the incorrect numnber.

The app was really easy to navigate, the availability of the footwear on the different sizes is visible. The payment section was standard and delivery had options of delivery times and delivery instructions. I liked that I could track my order via the app. The 1 shoe I’ve purchased was slightly tight for me, I booked an exchange via the app to get a bigger size. I was not charged for the delivery, the exchange was delivered within 2 days. No fuss, no drama, I feel really cared for! I really love Superbalist and their efficient and amazing team 🙌🏻🌟

Superbalist clothing is of excellent quality and lovely designs - I'm particularly happy with the amount of cotton clothing available. However the bedding was a disappointment. The Safari set has a printing floor across part of the duvet. While the back (striped part) is excellent quality the material used for the animal print is of a thin quality. As a seamstress I am delighted with the clothing but not happy with the duvet set.

My gosh my delivery was so quick and I love the fur of the blazer very chic and fits like a glove ,paired it with the sling bag I got and I looooooooovvvvveeeeee it Superbalist is always the best when it comes to everything be it delivery or service they are amazing and I’ve been using for over 5 years now and nothing has changed ! I love this and H&M makes the best clothes I love it as a brand and I’m glad I can get the quality exclusive drops right at my doorstep from Superbalist,it sure is SUPERB 👌

I have now experienced the same issue twice. My parcels were delivered on weekends even though the delivery address provided is a work address. I selected this address because I am available there during working hours, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Weekend deliveries to a workplace are not practical and require me to travel to work just to collect my parcel. Please ensure that drivers understand that a work address should only be used for deliveries during business hours on working days. They should not attempt weekend deliveries and then report to Superbalist that the customer was unavailable.

The overall online shopping experience was excellent. The items were delivered to the Foreshore branch within a quick turnaround time, arrived in good condition and were all correct. The items also fitted perfectly to size. The discount provided was also greatly appreciated and made the purchase more affordable. Thank you for the great service and smooth shopping experience!

I bought H&M undies for my kinders, boyleg for my daughter and stretch knit boxers for my son. Very nice quality and delivered to Park Meadows Pick n Pay very promptly. The girls' size 8-10 boyleg fit my 9 year old daughter well, the size 6-8 boxers are a little baggy on my 6 year old son, usually the H&M undies last well, so I'm sure he'll have the opportunity to grow into them.

First time ever purchasing an item on Superbalist and I will buy again. I bought an item for a friend of mine and I know she’ll love it. The package came in great condition. Fell in love with it instantly. It was scheduled to arrive on the 21st of October but it came earlier than the planned date which was also a bonus.

I was stressed a lot when I ordered cause I couldn't find my size in stores,but when I turned on to this website I became happy cause my size was available and it was on promotion.I received it on the day that I requested for the delivery and the person who was delivering was very kind.The sneakers are perfect thank you.

Everything is great so far. I've ordered on Superbalist twice now, and it's been great. I would love it if you don't change the delivery days date. If it's said to come 2rd of November ( example ) then it needs to come on the 2rd of November. I haven't received any wrongful sizes, so that's good but just in case make sure your sizes are accurate. Thank you. : )

Most convenient way to shop if you know your size. I love that the product information includes the type of material. No fuss returns. Couriering from Superbalist JHB warehouse to your door, requires patience as the delivery turn around time may exceed 14days. Larger items delivery team requires training....driver shouted from the curb side, announcing to the entire neighborhood (lol), that a superbalist delivery has arrived.
