I like the fact that Superbalist really cater for the plussize woman. All too often plussize clothing are outdated, frumpy and just not nice. We also struggle with trendy styles, things are nit true to size etc but Superbalist has really delivered 70% of the time so far. There is a lot they can improve on since the South African market has a lot of potential for plussize woman.
Another BIG issue is finding boots for people with big calves. I have big calves and have to buy my boots from the UK cause NOWHERE in SA I can find them. Otherwise I have to take them to someone who then adds a piece of leather so they can fit me. I bought a pair from the Butterfly label (my fav because the shoes are always so comfortable) and they fit beautiful till I have to zip it closed. I have always been disappointed with knee hight boots in South Africa.

Delivery was late. Seems like it was only attended to once I contacted you guys to complain.
Then I was told that one of my items was not available even though the app showed that it was.
You guys sent me a 20% discount which was not much less than the discount I would have received on the dress and now the dress in my size is sold out.
Very bad service. This has happened before and I've overlooked it but this problem doesn't seem to be addressed. I've also noticed other customers complaining about the same thing. So not impressed

Honestly and truly, I ONLY ever get the best service from Superbalist. I don't get anxiety about 1. Receiving a parcel or 2. The item not fitting or 3. The refund. I absolutely love your site and the amazing variety of products that you offer your consumers. It gets better and better! I see you are now selling Gatineau products which I like to use. Your specials are always most welcome and make great products more affordable. Thank you to Management and the whole Superbalist team for the swift returns, packaging and refunds. Superbalist is my Go-To…
Whenever I’m looking for clothes, homeware, beauty items (and sometimes even electronics or stationery), I’ll always check Superbalist first.
They have a huge selection, decent quality, amazing specials and offers, several payment options… what more could you ask for?
Delivery is always quick and without issue. On the rare occasions that I’ve had to return something (doesn’t fit right or the colour doesn’t match what I had in mind etc.), it was a simple and painless and I had zero issues.

The service delivery is excellent from inception of order, tracking and delivery. The site is browser user friendly with notifications of discounts and updates on new product line. A versatile range of products to shop which is excellent. The only negative comment is the shoe range, the shoe sizes are difficult to shop, as I am in-between sizes, and everytime I shop for shoes, there is never any 3.5 shoe sizes available. It's either very limited in stock and not all shoes keep half sizes available. This can be improved.

Agh what a beautiful experience this was. I needed these shoes for a date happening soon and because I’m a little obsessed with being organised when I think of something I want it done right away. Saw the shoes online and when I tried to order the was someone who has added them to cart so unfortunately I couldn’t buy as they were the last pair. I was so fixated on them kept checking and finally after a few tries I got them and I’m so happy. They are gorgeous and comfortable. I’ll be slaying on my date next month

I like the varieties of styles in both clothing and shoes!! Website is easy to manage.
1 I do feel that new items i see listed only have 2 sizes available eg often jeans won’t have size 14/16 but all the other sizes.
2 please give top shots of all shoes - its difficult to form an idea of only horizontal side shots.
3 while checking out the delivery date will be showing but often when paying or with sms notification it will give an earlier delivery date and then you cant change it. This is very inconvenient.

Obsessed and addicted to shopping on superbalist! Easy to navigate through categories, easy to find what you are looking for when using the search function. I love the variety of brands and that the home page has themed categories that are in keeping with current trends. Fast order to delivery time. Great customer service. Products always exactly as the pictures show, and they actually take close-up pictures of the clothes so that you can see the type of fabric better.

Well, I ordered size 6 on my second order since i noticed my previous size 5 was bit tight. On the box and shoes sticker is size 6 but its actually size 5. I removed the sticker as i wear them, then they were tight and i was like " There is no way i will need to wear size 7" that's when i realized its actually size 5 but pasted size 6 on so i don't realize. Which i had my own reasons to order bigger size.

Can't say what I particularly liked as I don't like using apps.
I didn't like the fact that I couldn't choose the shoe I wanted because it was a discounted item and I had a voucher. It was my first time on Superbalist and that left me confused about what I could choose and why my voucher code was no longer valid...it had been put into the wallet. Not very user friendly for someone who is not tech savvy.

Favourite App on My Phone!
I love the brands Superbalist stocks - it allows me to get trendy and/or designer items at an affordable price. It's great that there are often flash sales that help me get the items I love on a budget. Their delivery is fast and customer service is great, making returns, exchanges, and refunds easy and hassle-free. I also love their emails notifying me when an item I loved is back in stock.

I like the amazing service i always get, i like the quick delivery and when returning anything it happens without issues and happens quickly. I'm over not impressed with some clothing items that seems like its from Shein and is sold at an exorbitant price. Also many jersey/sweaters I've purchased from u guys are such cheap quality they dye out after a few washes, either shrink or stretch.

I still order from Superbalist because I can get a multitude of brands at once, especially being able to order international and local cosmetics/skincare together - But genuinely not that excited about apparel offering anymore because it's just crappy H&M on every. single. page.

I am based in the rural areas of the Eastern Cape province, and I have been pleasantly surprised by the "lightning speed" that my orders seem to take when they are sent to me. This includes exchanges that I get, and without additional charges of picking back the parcel as they bring the correct sizes.

I'm always amazed at the service I get from Superbalist, it's outstanding! I got what I ordered and some items I had to return because of the size. They picked them up with no hustles at all. I can order with confidence knowing if for some reason, I have to log a return it will not take forever for them to pick up the item/s and refund my money...Thank you for your service.

Exchanges need to be handled better. Asked for an exchange, was given an email explaining how it works, then the courier arrived to collect only and said he had no exchange him. I was unable to select drop off option because this, and had to ensure I was at the house to “exchange”, then had to ensure I was again at the house for the next delivery a few days later

Great finds!
The buyers at Superbalist have a good eye and the choice is great.
Some interesting finds and prices if you are lucky and move fast.
As a tall person I do struggle a bit with finding large shoe sizes and XXL t-shirts and jeans but even this challenge has not prevented me from finding the right design, size and price at Superbalist.

I liked the fact that the returns were easy and efficient.
I liked the fact that the skirts I ordered arrived. The one is really lovely. One had to be returned but there was no problem returning it and my money returned to my account. Sadly, the one I really wanted was out of stock, but that happens from time to time. I have had a good experience with Superbalist every time.

I love the fact that you bring the item with when coming to fetch item a customer didn't like, love that exchange so much. What I would like is that when I'm requesting an exchange I'm given an opportunity to choose something different not just the size or colour of the exact same item I had ordered.
