I love that Superbalist offers next day delivery (in main city hubs), this was an absolute saving grace for me as I had a last minute event dress disaster that with the next day delivery was completely solved. The returns process is also fantastic and I have never had an issue. The variety and range is great for so many occasions and preferences. Amazing clothing as well as home goods. I love that some of the brands include the size of the model which really helps in deciding which size to take as well as the size finder. My only suggestion is that as a user I have no idea how to leave a review of items though, and I’m sure I’m not alone as many items don’t have reviews.

I logged a complaint on Google play. Never had an issue with Superbalist up until recently. Thede was bugs on the app which then incovenienced me heavily with a return. Superbalist then gave me a discount to make up for this. I used this discount but had to return everything as it didnt fit. So I lost out on the discount. Part of the returns was two jeans which didnt fit and Superbalist said its a 7 day return which I did not see as I know Superbalist has a 30 day return period which is very convenient for me as I travel alot. This particular return, I was travelling and did not have the items with me to return. Superbalist said they cant accept it as its outside the 7 day return period. This was another incovenience for me. I am a tall girl so I always buy two sizes to check which fits. Now I have two jeans that dont fit because Superbalist didnt accept the return. I turned to Zara app now as they have a 30 day return period on discounted items. I put this complaint on Google Play and Superbalist said I must contact customer care. I did not because of my previous experience and when I did contact customer care they did not accept the returns so why bother again .I will now stop using Superbalist due all the incovenience that happened.

Excellence
Superbalist overall delivers excellence. Their customer service is excellent, their delivery services, refund and exchange system is excellent and convenient. Most online stores I think twice before purchasing because I know if the items don’t fit, it’s a hassle to get get the product picked up again for return because it either costs money, or there’s a process I need to follow in terms of printing a label and pasting it on the box etc.
Even superbalists marketing and range of brands they sell is excellent, gives customers an array of choices

Super quick interaction
It was a super quick interaction from beginning to end. I found the sizing chart for the shoes - which is provided for UK, European and American sizes - especially helpful.
The collection address need to be clearly stated as it will be from the Takealot collection point in Meadowdale. I had to specifically google Superbalist articles to find out that it was acquired by Takealot, and therefore I could make a deduction that the pickup point will be the same as the one for Takealot that I've visited in the past.

Efficient delivery and out of stocks
I love the fact that you deliver in two days and your returns are also collected quickly. It allows me to plan effectively for my next purchase especially if the product is too big or too small, I can always re-order.
The only thing I have an issue with is the products online that are out of stock or on hold like the Adidas shirt dress and the Adidas Samba sneakers, I ended up buying them on ASOS because you didn't have my size and that sale would've been yours.

Particular like: It's the specials they provide.
What you could do better: Superbalist must emphasis on the items that are in "waitlist" or "Wishlist" to the suppliers. Communicate to suppliers that these items have been waited for a long period so as to get an indication whether those items have been discontinued or what. I have items on my waitlist from last year already and to date there is no indication as to whether they have been discontinued or they will be restocked.

You are amazing with delivery time and your returns procedure is just so amazing. I rarely buy from woolworths any more as its such a mission returning items. You would do so well with a bigger teens range. I even buy my makeup and beauty products from you when I dont buy overseas. You have allot of brands which would so amazing here like depology, skinfix and true botanicals

I was very happy with my order everything in my order was intact and in good shape i literally have no complaints and I received my order wayyy before the estimated date which just made it more sweet!…to superbalist though i really do think we can just go easy on the packaging instead of having 5 items in 5 different boxes can we just package everything into 1 big box 😊👍🏻

Superbalist is excellent in most areas.
LIKE: the range of brands and items, the daily offers, the good prices, the ease of ordering, the quick delivery, the professional system of communication.
DO NOT LIKE: I see the same items on special very often. We need more offers on different items. If I can buy a branded item on the official website at the same price, why should I get it from Superbalist?

Early arrival of gift
We ordered a gift for my daughter a week before the Easter weekend. Holding thumbs that the parcel would arrive before our departure, we were surprised to receive it 2 days later (in the Northern Cape).
Living so far out, we sometimes feel like we have to wait for everything. But this just confirms the excellent service and attention to every order and parcel.

Payment issue resolved :)
I had an issue with the payment authorisation with my last order, and the initial assistant gave me a discount voucher for the inconvenience. Even though I was late with giving my birthday gift to my daughter, i could earn extra brownie points by offering her to choose another item for the end of this month, and I'll be able to use my voucher to redeem myself.

Good shopping experience
Shopping was easy, the app was good to browse. Held my basket for 10 minutes while I decided if I needed more. Delivery was also quicker than expected, but I had to reschedule as I was away. My only qualm is that like Takealot, there is such a wasteful amount of packaging. It didn't need to come in 2 separate boxes. Do better for the environment please.

Good variety, easy returns
Good variety, quick service, easy to use online app. Returning items is really easy and fast! Only disappointment was an inventory oversight that resulted in 2 pairs of shoes I REALLY wanted and had ordered, not reaching me (I was refunded and an explanation sent). Overall, I would recommend Superbalist.com for online shopping!

Everything from placing the order until it reaches the pic up point everything was perfect. The problem is that you restricted the pic up point and this give many of us challenges because they just too far from us. Can you please allow us with door to door delivery so that we won't stress about the pickup.

What you guys can do better on is verifying that product and colour or making sure that the clients get what they ordered because l got two items that l didn’t ordered and l was disappointed because l always get what l ordered with no complains

I really like the site, it's nice and easy. My order was dispatched and delivered to my door earlier than expected.
However, I was so disappointed to hear that one of the items I ordered was out of stock after making payment. It was the 1st time to experienced such, I hope it won't happen again.

I love buying staff from Superbalist, very convenient and fast delivery.
Just have an issue with the return/exchange section as i previously exchanged a dress and got a complete different dress and when i bought the same dress again i got it without a belt and it doesnt look nice without the belt.

The delivery was really quick, your app makes it hard to search products and sizes. Instead of searching and getting a boot and being able to see all the sizes avail in stock you have to search forever for your size. That's just an example. That's what prevents me shopping more with you
