I placed an order to be delivered as a birthday gift to an address that I physically wasn't available at. They had tried to deliver my parcel in the morning and when they called me I wasn't available so they were kind enough to try and do the delivery again later that day which was a success. I am overall happy with the items delivered. The only thing would be to sort out the drivers. I had an issue with my last order where the delivery guy wanted to mark my order as delivered to deliver at his own time because he mentioned he stayed in the same estate as mine. I declined that and he then said I should reschedule when the order clearly stated being delivered on that day. He further later lied about this when I called the customer service number.

Since I've seen this mascara promoted/advertised beginning of this year, I could not find it to be purchased anywhere in South Africa - until a week ago to my great surprise and joy I found it available at Superbalist.

What I did not like is the fact that I did not get my first buyer offer/discount. I requested the OTP and it was sent , but I had to log out from the app inorder for me to b able to retrieve the message. It was smooth, quick easy and effortless.
The quilt received was exactly what I ordered.
The only negative was the strong, unpleasant, chemical smell emanating from the quilt itself and when I hung it over a clothes dryer to air, the smell permeated the room!
Thankfully opening all the windows cleared the air in the room, but the quilt still hasn’t lost its odour.
If it doesn’t improve within the next day or two, I’ll have to exchange it for another one.
I don’t wish to return it as it’s exactly what I requested. My concern is that the small comes from the fabric itself…

I've always loved Superbalist bit couldn't always afford you. However since I have been buying more I notice descriptions on yoir website as incorrect, items being sold out but listed as available. Whomever is working on your website, I'd seriously ask them to fix these mistakes as your primary business is being online. For reference the H&M duvet cover in my cart has a description of being 4 napkins. So do I buy 4 napkins or get the duvet?
