I love that Superbalist offers next day delivery (in main city hubs), this was an absolute saving grace for me as I had a last minute event dress disaster that with the next day delivery was completely solved. The returns process is also fantastic and I have never had an issue. The variety and range is great for so many occasions and preferences. Amazing clothing as well as home goods. I love that some of the brands include the size of the model which really helps in deciding which size to take as well as the size finder. My only suggestion is that as a user I have no idea how to leave a review of items though, and I’m sure I’m not alone as many items don’t have reviews.

Delivery was late. Seems like it was only attended to once I contacted you guys to complain. Then I was told that one of my items was not available even though the app showed that it was. You guys sent me a 20% discount which was not much less than the discount I would have received on the dress and now the dress in my size is sold out. Very bad service. This has happened before and I've overlooked it but this problem doesn't seem to be addressed. I've also noticed other customers complaining about the same thing. So not impressed

I recently had a bad experience with superbalist were i placed an order and it took longer for them to deliver until i followed up and after they sent me few items like not even half of what i ordered When i follow up they gave me a hard wanting me to list the items that i did not receive told them it's better if i list the 5 that they sent than listing 30 items i won't remember They find a way to see what i did not receive and most of the items were already out of stock Last weekend i thought let me pay for my delivery mybe Superbalist will take me serious this time around Three days passed by after my order is placed Nothing no update Nothing I followed up by a phone call i was told i will mybe get something on friday I check no updates until Saturday like Superbalist service is very poor lately... atleast in my experience mybe

My last order of a white , 4drawer chest of drawers delivered to my Airbnb was the most badly designed, badly constructed unit I have seen come through your site. I am disgusted at how such a piece could have been purposefully made badly by the supplier, secondly have been selected by your buyer as a sellable option and thirdly have gone through quality checks and then dispatched. Faults: push drawers do not work as they should. Unit is badly sprayed and needs another coat or two to cover wood properly Drawers are misaligned and therefore put pressure on other drawers 3 of 8 corners are chipped and damaged. Because the unit was delivered to my airbnb, set up and now being used by guests, I will be I conveniencing them by removing the unit for returns purposes. After being a patron since your brand was launch, it saddens me to write this review.

Superbalist is ok but could be better.

Superbalist is overall ok. Generally good returns policy although I don’t understand why one can’t return appliances that aren’t as expected. The range of types of clothes is good but the styles are not great or unique. hence they are being overtaken by cheaper Chinese retailers. They also are quite rigid in their responses if you have a problem. They send you a list of standard responses and don’t bother to tailor a response for your specific query. They treat you like a number essentially cause I guess that’s what you are to them. Overall I can totally see this brand being overtaken by others. Bash for example is doing a decent job and although I personally don’t shop directly from the super cheap Chinese stores, I understand those that do.

Click bait scam this is how I felt . I bought a shoe was refunded for it due to your stock inventory issue or so you said. And it was the cash I had for my husband birthday,I had to wait 3 days for the refund to buy him something after his birthday,when u didn't actually have stock . Then an hour later the same shoe is advertised again and on social media weeks later you continue to advertise it as in stock even on your app. Looking at the reviews for the same product it appears that the same thing has happened to many people . So why would you do this to clients . I would not shop here in future.

Superbalist delivered the wrong sizes twice in a row. The first time I figured everyone makes mistakes and I opted to exchange the wrong sized items for the correct size. The second time they delivered the same wrong size as before and I was convinced they're advertising sizes on the site that aren't available. The only reason I'm leaving them 2 stars instead of zero is one for quickness in delivery both when they delivered and when they picked up the orders and the second for the fact that they didn't fight me about getting a refund especially when the fault is on them.

Delivery Reschedule

When I received the tracking details via sms, I tried to reschedule delivery immediately as per the link provided. However there was no option to do so. I immediately emailed to reschedule the delivery but only heard back days later after the order had already been delivered. On top of that, when the driver delivered the order the following day, they hooted abruptly at my address at 7 in the morning instead of calling me. I'm not usually one to complain, but I just wanted to give my honest feedback of my experience. Thank you.

Purchases not in stock

On two occasions I have bought items then have been told that they are bot in stock - & have been duly refunded & given a 10% discount on my next purchase. HOWEVER, this is frustrating as in one case I bought a set (tracksuit) & the top was not available - so I had no need for the bottoms. I also have not been able to use the discount on already discounted items - which I think should be inconsequential - as given that you ALWAYS have discounts 10% off is only truly valuable if it is on top of a discount.

Great range, pity about the faulty Levi's.

In general I like using Superbalist for clothing as it has brands like Converse, Vans, Levi's, and The North Face, which I like to wear. Unfortunately, my recent order of a pair of black Levi's 511's came with the belt loop unstitched to the jeans, meaning I had to go to a tailor to have them fixed, because I was going away and needed new jeans and didn't want to wait for a return. Not sure if this is a Superbalist issue, or a Levi's issue, but maybe the quality control could be upped a bit?

Well I was sent the incorrect size to what I'd ordered and I requested an exchange which was confirmed by e mail. While waiting for the new size I saw that it was cancelled and I checked the store and the size they were supposed to send me was still available. I was very irritated. I used to love shopping here but now I'm put off.I see the jeans are still online but back at full price so I feel that they simply cast me aside. I did not bother to write an email just decided not to buy again.

Worst experience ever, I used the firstbuy promo code multiple times on my order, received an OTP to confirm my cellphone number but the amount stayed the same, I even tried different payment methods but the promo code did not work and had to pay the full price, tried logging a support call and the agent told me that I did not apply the promo code and I have evidence that I did and the price remained the same, I will be taking this to hello Peter as well, as this is false advertising.

hope you are well, so I just wanted to show you the order I received, the other shoe is deformed or has imperfections at the front and the top is facing in almost the same direction as the other shoe instead of opposite direction in a way that at some point I thought like maybe there was a mistake and original shoes where mixed with fake ones there at superbalist factory...can you please assist me with this situation, are you seeing what me and other people are seeing?.

Good day! I ordered 4 items in the said order. Received an email that 1 item (adidas stan smith) was damaged during transit. I then responded to the email asking if I'll be refunded, or if that means I'll still get the delivery of the damaged item either way. But to date, i have gotten no response. I don't have the damaged item with me there's no communication, I have no refund either. I'm in a limbo at the moment. I don't know if I'll eventually get assistance or not.

Disappointed in the support I received

I have been a loyal customer of Superbalist and have always been pleased with the quality of their products. However, I recently faced a frustrating experience when I ordered a jersey and was later informed that it was out of stock due to an inventory error. Despite being offered a 15% discount code as compensation, neither the original nor the replacement code provided by the support team worked. This was disappointing and I hope for a better resolution in the future.

My Hoodie, you had one job and you fumbled, great delivery service tho

Just hate the fact that I didn't get my "Adventure time" hoodie, and you guys could've given me the option to wait until you acquired the missing apparel that wasn't in stock before packaging and shipping my items honestly but overall shipping and delivery, five star , the best I've experienced so far, everything was packaged very exquisitely well done just really wish I got my hoodie, the refund should've been in the form of my hoodie it's not about money sometimes.

Think twice before ordering from Superbalist. Their customer care has gone to the dogs! I've been a loyal supporter for over 6 years, but after they sent me an American Tourister suitcase which had VERY CLEARLY been used (the lock code had already been set, there were scuff marks all over the suitcase and even FOOD AND HAIR inside the suitcase), I have lost all my respect for them. They should be absolutely ashamed for sending a product in such a disgusting state!

I ordered a pair of bikini bottoms, I received yellow and grey checked pants! Tried to log a return to no avail, went to Takealot returns they couldn't do it either, I was then sent to Counter 16! They phoned customer service,but that was Takealot's customer service, so no help there! I was then given another number to phone but by that time it was almost 6pm on Friday, I suppose I have to start again on Monday!!!

Placed an order on the 28th of June,my order never arrived..The last communication was about the order being taken back to the warehouse,from then I never got any communication from supebalist until I got the message that they are processing for a refund which I did not request..all I wanted was to get my order delivered because it’s something I liked and wanted for a very long time ..I’m extremely disappointed

I received the wrong items from superbalist recently and trying to get someone to help me is impossible. Nobody replies to you. I had to make multiple attempts to get a response and the call center is so busy you are just waisting your airtime waiting for help. They also falsely advertised a product to me where they stated it was a well-known brand only to deliver their house brand. This is false advertising.
