I love that Superbalist offers next day delivery (in main city hubs), this was an absolute saving grace for me as I had a last minute event dress disaster that with the next day delivery was completely solved. The returns process is also fantastic and I have never had an issue. The variety and range is great for so many occasions and preferences. Amazing clothing as well as home goods. I love that some of the brands include the size of the model which really helps in deciding which size to take as well as the size finder. My only suggestion is that as a user I have no idea how to leave a review of items though, and I’m sure I’m not alone as many items don’t have reviews.

I logged a complaint on Google play. Never had an issue with Superbalist up until recently. Thede was bugs on the app which then incovenienced me heavily with a return. Superbalist then gave me a discount to make up for this. I used this discount but had to return everything as it didnt fit. So I lost out on the discount. Part of the returns was two jeans which didnt fit and Superbalist said its a 7 day return which I did not see as I know Superbalist has a 30 day return period which is very convenient for me as I travel alot. This particular return, I was travelling and did not have the items with me to return. Superbalist said they cant accept it as its outside the 7 day return period. This was another incovenience for me. I am a tall girl so I always buy two sizes to check which fits. Now I have two jeans that dont fit because Superbalist didnt accept the return. I turned to Zara app now as they have a 30 day return period on discounted items. I put this complaint on Google Play and Superbalist said I must contact customer care. I did not because of my previous experience and when I did contact customer care they did not accept the returns so why bother again .I will now stop using Superbalist due all the incovenience that happened.

Bad service

I placed my orders that the 26th of April. My order marked as delivered but I never received it. I followed up only to be told my order was damaged and another order was placed. This took another week to be delivered. No one bothered to contact me to advise me of the delay. I’m not impressed with the service I received.

Exchange takes way too long. It’s unacceptable! Exchange should all happen the same time. Why should I wait for you to come collect the exchange item and then wait again to have other ones delivered? Buying from you is becoming a nightmare.

Wrong size AGAIN

I ordered a jean on 30 April. I ordered a size UK 10. You for some reason delivered a UK8 to me. This will obviously not fit me and its not what I ordered. I arranged that you come and collect the jean so we can exchange it for the correct size. Guess what, you AGAIN delivered the wrong size?????? You again gave me a UK8. You arranged for a jean to be picked up and you delivered the same jean again. Really? Now you are wasting my time.

My order was suppose to delivered on the 30 and now its then7th of a new month and I was told the driver was hijacked . How are they hijacked when they park inside the police station because we don't get our order infront of our doors we have have to walk for an hour to get to the police station

The delivery team initially set to delivery on the 03 of May, change to 26th April and informed me on the same day of the delivery attempt. they some how lost my parcel(gave it to someone else) and the support with give you a run for your money!

I am highly disappointed!!!!

I am highly disappointed in the way my order has been handled. Never have I recieved such shoddy service from Superbalist. 3 items were not recieved in my full order, and they sent me a duplicate of another item. Which i returned, and for SOME reason, they are sending me another one?? like WTF? but the items I'm looking for don't seem to be on the way or even a resolution being found. I get NO response from the customer service rep I emailed, and on a call with other agents, i just keep getting told it has been escalated. No one seems to want to take charge or be accountable for rectifying the issue. If this does not get resolved, i look forward to visiting your offices in person, because it is all to easy to hide away behind emails and a phone call. Explains why as a company your ratings are so low. Either you need to improve staff training or deal with disgruntled employees who receive yelling from unhappy customers. I feel highly sorry for your staff culture. I WANT my order or I WILL make sure i get my refund...
