I love that Superbalist offers next day delivery (in main city hubs), this was an absolute saving grace for me as I had a last minute event dress disaster that with the next day delivery was completely solved. The returns process is also fantastic and I have never had an issue. The variety and range is great for so many occasions and preferences. Amazing clothing as well as home goods. I love that some of the brands include the size of the model which really helps in deciding which size to take as well as the size finder. My only suggestion is that as a user I have no idea how to leave a review of items though, and I’m sure I’m not alone as many items don’t have reviews.

I logged a complaint on Google play. Never had an issue with Superbalist up until recently. Thede was bugs on the app which then incovenienced me heavily with a return. Superbalist then gave me a discount to make up for this. I used this discount but had to return everything as it didnt fit. So I lost out on the discount. Part of the returns was two jeans which didnt fit and Superbalist said its a 7 day return which I did not see as I know Superbalist has a 30 day return period which is very convenient for me as I travel alot. This particular return, I was travelling and did not have the items with me to return. Superbalist said they cant accept it as its outside the 7 day return period. This was another incovenience for me. I am a tall girl so I always buy two sizes to check which fits. Now I have two jeans that dont fit because Superbalist didnt accept the return. I turned to Zara app now as they have a 30 day return period on discounted items. I put this complaint on Google Play and Superbalist said I must contact customer care. I did not because of my previous experience and when I did contact customer care they did not accept the returns so why bother again .I will now stop using Superbalist due all the incovenience that happened.

I ordered 3 products but only two were correct on delivery. I logged return successfully but however my product was sold out. After my return was received, I was provided with a discount voucher as a token on my next order.

Place an order on the 2nd of May expected delivery date was 9th May did not get it There was no communication or whatsoever I got delivery of two boxes containing 6 items Out of more than 20 items that are supposed to be on my order on the 15.05.24 Communication via email takes a day to get respons The inconsideration of your support staff to expect me to list the items i did not get Like how inconsiderate a person can be to expect that one must list 20 plus items Instead of logging on the system and check with the packaging department

No package 2 weeks after placing my order

I ordered on the 2nd and today is the 16th, but I haven’t received my package. There’s practically 0 communication from the delivery side & although the consultants have tried to be of assistance, nothing has come of it.

You don’t stick to delivery dates and don’t communicate the delays, this inconveniences us as we make plans based on these dates. Secondly it’s happening very often that you don’t honour delivery of all ordered items due to inventory issues.

The longest delivery of stuff in stock?!!!

The delivery took so long I forgot I ordered stuff. This was also the first order I’ve placed in over a year and I get the slowest delivery I’ve ever had. I ordered products on Amazon US on the same day and my international package arrived before my Superbalist order. How is that even possible!?

Won’t buy here again

Besides new shoes looking like this, my order took 2 weeks for delivery. To resolve a simple delete my old card info which took several emails back and forth, when the agent could of just done it when my request was sent. To the sale item being cancelled from my order due to an “inventory” issue but it’s still in stock at a higher price.

Disappointed in your service

I ordered two chairs, they didn’t update me on delayed delivery and then when I enquired via email, I didn’t receive a response until 2 days later. I followed up by phone and then the next day they cancelled my order and said they didn’t have stock. I waited so long and their service was awful. All they offered was a 10% discount on next order. They better “up their game” or else they won’t last with Amazon’s arrival

You can start by apologising for giving me the wrong shoes and size. Yes I received my refund but I lost out on the shoes I wanted.
