I love that Superbalist offers next day delivery (in main city hubs), this was an absolute saving grace for me as I had a last minute event dress disaster that with the next day delivery was completely solved. The returns process is also fantastic and I have never had an issue. The variety and range is great for so many occasions and preferences. Amazing clothing as well as home goods. I love that some of the brands include the size of the model which really helps in deciding which size to take as well as the size finder. My only suggestion is that as a user I have no idea how to leave a review of items though, and I’m sure I’m not alone as many items don’t have reviews.

I logged a complaint on Google play. Never had an issue with Superbalist up until recently. Thede was bugs on the app which then incovenienced me heavily with a return. Superbalist then gave me a discount to make up for this. I used this discount but had to return everything as it didnt fit. So I lost out on the discount. Part of the returns was two jeans which didnt fit and Superbalist said its a 7 day return which I did not see as I know Superbalist has a 30 day return period which is very convenient for me as I travel alot. This particular return, I was travelling and did not have the items with me to return. Superbalist said they cant accept it as its outside the 7 day return period. This was another incovenience for me. I am a tall girl so I always buy two sizes to check which fits. Now I have two jeans that dont fit because Superbalist didnt accept the return. I turned to Zara app now as they have a 30 day return period on discounted items. I put this complaint on Google Play and Superbalist said I must contact customer care. I did not because of my previous experience and when I did contact customer care they did not accept the returns so why bother again .I will now stop using Superbalist due all the incovenience that happened.

Quick delivery, constantly update when I am waiting for an order, returned an item is so smoothly easy and the refund is quick as well. I never had a problem with superbalist.
Try to consider our waiting waiting list. It seems like once that particular is finished even if I can place it on waiting list, it will never come back. Perhaps if you try to look into people’s waiting list and get in touch with us regarding that particular order, find out that am I still interest or not

Particular like: It's the specials they provide.
What you could do better: Superbalist must emphasis on the items that are in "waitlist" or "Wishlist" to the suppliers. Communicate to suppliers that these items have been waited for a long period so as to get an indication whether those items have been discontinued or what. I have items on my waitlist from last year already and to date there is no indication as to whether they have been discontinued or they will be restocked.

A Whole New Choice
I liked the wide range of fashion on offer. Found the sizing suggestions very helpful except for a garment from Cotton On - a skirt that was really short - would have been even for a teenager (oh yes and I'm very short) and the waist was tiny. I ordered the same size for that skirt as for other items. All the other items fitted perfectly. Not blaming Superbalist - looks like it's Cotton On that's off!
Delivery went very smoothly. I've loved wearing my new skirts.

I just love Superbalist!! They not only offer Fabulous discounts and promos weekly - but the way they shoot the outfit are perfect for online shopping!! Their communication & delivery is beyond excellent and their free return policy on most items, is the reason I can shop with comfort. I love their vast selection of goods & how they let me know when something on my wish list is available in my particular size!! You can’t improve on perfection!

This was my first time ordering off Superbalist. I liked the seamless, easy experience when using the mobile site because I do not have the app. I made a mistake on my makeup order and even though it was my fault, someone still tried to help me exchange my product. I don't think the product will end up being exchanged because it's makeup but it doesn't matter, I was just grateful for the help. Thanks for hearing me out and trying to help.

I love everything about Superbalist. I hardly go to malls and shop for clothes. Your service is excellent from browsing, paying for items bought to delivery and returns if I want to. All hassle free. Keep up the good work.
I recommend that you create a PICTURE SEARCH BUTTON on the App. It would be easier for us to find items we want faster.
Other than that you guys are exceptional. You deserve a bouquet of flowers 💐

Like: Love the free return options
Suggestion: Put an "ask a question about this product" button. I've had so many questions about products that I wanted to ask before purchasing. Getting more info on a product before purchasing could result in less product returns. The descriptions and measurements of products are not always sufficient. Reviews have helped with this though.

The purchase was quick & easy to make, the delivery was the next day. I was informed all along the journey of the parcel from warehouse to my house. The order was exactly what I asked for but I changed my mind as the sneakers were too similar to others that I had recently purchased. I was able to do an easy return, with prompt collection and quick refund. 10/10

Purchased my Mother’s day gift online. My mom is in another province, so this makes my life easy & without guilty feelings of not having done anything. The selection was great. Now hoping she likes what gets delivered to her door. Just a pity I couldn’t stick a lovely message on the gift. Perhaps think about this, especially if one is buying a gift.

I enjoy shopping online at Superbalist. It is one of the stores that always has a sale and the 1st store I used Payflex for my shopping. I love the style and quality of the clothes. I love that you can shop for the entire family and your home in one store. I’m happy. At the moment I don’t see anything that needs to be improved.

The service I always get it is excellent they are very fastbto deliver... I just returned my tekkies that were bit big and they were collected on time and I receive the right size on time as well. I ordered from Superbalist and everything went according to promised timelines etc. I got my order and the shoes were too big. I logged an exchange, and again, everything happened within the time promised. No issue with delivery of the new item, and the handing back of the unsuitable pair of shoes.

THE BEST ONLINE STORE
I am always notified when an "Out of Stock" item becomes available, my only problem has been, that sometimes I wish I was given some time to "buy", as I do not sit on my laptop all the time and missed out on two items that I really wanted. Be that as it may, they are the best "Online store" that I have dealt with.

I love buying staff from Superbalist, very convenient and fast delivery.
Just have an issue with the return/exchange section as i previously exchanged a dress and got a complete different dress and when i bought the same dress again i got it without a belt and it doesnt look nice without the belt.

Happy with my purchase
The item was delivered with protective packaging, so nothing was damaged or even scratched. The product quality was absolutely fantastic. Exactly as pictured.
Only down side was that you have to build it yourself, but all tools were provided and the instructions were very clear easy to follow.

Best quality I have seen in a long time.
I’ve always wanted Hertex Haus bedding but they are so expensive. Luckily with the Superbalist discount I could finally buy it and this colour is gorgeous for Winter. It creates such a nice warm and cozy feeling in the room. Superbalist never fails to deliver in time.
