I love that Superbalist offers next day delivery (in main city hubs), this was an absolute saving grace for me as I had a last minute event dress disaster that with the next day delivery was completely solved. The returns process is also fantastic and I have never had an issue. The variety and range is great for so many occasions and preferences. Amazing clothing as well as home goods. I love that some of the brands include the size of the model which really helps in deciding which size to take as well as the size finder. My only suggestion is that as a user I have no idea how to leave a review of items though, and I’m sure I’m not alone as many items don’t have reviews.

I logged a complaint on Google play. Never had an issue with Superbalist up until recently. Thede was bugs on the app which then incovenienced me heavily with a return. Superbalist then gave me a discount to make up for this. I used this discount but had to return everything as it didnt fit. So I lost out on the discount. Part of the returns was two jeans which didnt fit and Superbalist said its a 7 day return which I did not see as I know Superbalist has a 30 day return period which is very convenient for me as I travel alot. This particular return, I was travelling and did not have the items with me to return. Superbalist said they cant accept it as its outside the 7 day return period. This was another incovenience for me. I am a tall girl so I always buy two sizes to check which fits. Now I have two jeans that dont fit because Superbalist didnt accept the return. I turned to Zara app now as they have a 30 day return period on discounted items. I put this complaint on Google Play and Superbalist said I must contact customer care. I did not because of my previous experience and when I did contact customer care they did not accept the returns so why bother again .I will now stop using Superbalist due all the incovenience that happened.

Order not delivered. Terrible service,
My order was not delivered on the allocated day. Absolutely no communication received from the Superbalist Team. I called multiple times - phone lines not working for days. Eventually the order arrived more than a week late and half of it not there. Still no word.

I am really disappointed with the fabric. I am sure if you can see from the pictures.... I want my money back... I was wearing this on Christmas Day and saw it was doing that, i washed it and its worse not sure if i will be wearing it again... I WANT MY MONEY BACK

You cater for small people. Not many options available in size 11 shoes… Every pair I wanted had up to a size 7 shoe… I had to settle for something I didn’t really want. I will rather go to a mall than shop on here and I hate people and malls… so that says a lot.

I received an allready opened product that had dirt fingerprints all over it and of which the content has been swapped out with something else. It was a birthday gift, I am not able to return it, so I will probably just nt buy from superbalist again at this stage.

For the fact that I ordered a pair of sneakers and got the wrong order, not communicated to me that the size of sneakers I wanted was out of stock. I was very disappointed regarding what was received. The pictures were attached before when I booked the returned.

I purchased coffee table and my order my processed, days later received an email stating that Superbalist was processing my refund, I enguired why and I was told that the stock was not available whereas the coffee table is available on the Superbalist website.

When you advertise a product you must deliver it.
Your having different warehouses and your logistics have nothing to do with customer. Telling me to order an item again after you gave me refund because the items were in different warehouse isn't smart at all.

Poor fitting bodysuit
I purchased a bodysuit however the body fits very badly. It’s loose and I am not happy about the non-returnable policy. Won’t be buying bodysuits or bikinis from superbalist again. Both don’t fit and now I’m sitting with money spent and clothes I can’t return.

@superbalist I’m really exhausted by you guys. I have never had a good experience with y’all. Right now I’m calling y’all’s call centre and there’s no response. I want this wrong order to be picked up from my house. I had to beg y’all to deliver and now this.

The building didn't accept my order I had no way of changing an address being in Botswana I had to cancel and it was just absolutely inconvenient. I do online shopping and this experience was just not worth my time or money. I will look for other alternative.

My last deliveries arrived with barely any packaging and was open. Both deliveries had issues with the items. The shelf was broken and we had to glue it together to use it, and the two bed side tables have a skew leg and done rust, which we are also fixing.

Wrong size boots, no exchange
Ordered size 11 boots, received size 9.5 boots in a size 11 box, WTF. No size 11 available from an exchange. Waste of time, now having to do a return and process a refund. My first order with Superbalist and my first time using their App too. Unimpressed.

Bad returns
When incorrect delivery received - it will take months for someone to finally help you get back what you actually paid for! They are quick to collect the items which were incorrectly sent, but takes months to actually courier what you rightfully paid for.

I ordered three things, and was only notified that I was not getting two of the three things at the time they were due to be delivered, worst part is, although the reason for me not getting my order was no stock, the items are still on the site for sale.

Im future. If the item I ordered is out of stock, I advise you to inform me before sending me a totally different item. I am very disappointed with how my last order was handled.

I bought 2 pairs of shoes. They were delivered and both pairs were the wrong sizes. I returned the orders and requested for a change in size of one pair as the other pair was now out of stock. My payflex instalment has not been adjusted accordingly.

Item on wishlist back in stock -> buy item -> cancelled by Superbalist due to no stock. This is the second time it happened, when buying an item and then it gets cancelled by Superbalist - don't advertise it then, if you are not sure about stock levels!

I got given the wrong size. They say it was my mistake but I know it was a glitch in the app as the item I had wishlisted was size L and I was given a size 3 XL. It’s been a waste of money and such poor customer care. I’m actually deleting my account
