I love that Superbalist offers next day delivery (in main city hubs), this was an absolute saving grace for me as I had a last minute event dress disaster that with the next day delivery was completely solved. The returns process is also fantastic and I have never had an issue. The variety and range is great for so many occasions and preferences. Amazing clothing as well as home goods. I love that some of the brands include the size of the model which really helps in deciding which size to take as well as the size finder. My only suggestion is that as a user I have no idea how to leave a review of items though, and I’m sure I’m not alone as many items don’t have reviews.

I logged a complaint on Google play. Never had an issue with Superbalist up until recently. Thede was bugs on the app which then incovenienced me heavily with a return. Superbalist then gave me a discount to make up for this. I used this discount but had to return everything as it didnt fit. So I lost out on the discount. Part of the returns was two jeans which didnt fit and Superbalist said its a 7 day return which I did not see as I know Superbalist has a 30 day return period which is very convenient for me as I travel alot. This particular return, I was travelling and did not have the items with me to return. Superbalist said they cant accept it as its outside the 7 day return period. This was another incovenience for me. I am a tall girl so I always buy two sizes to check which fits. Now I have two jeans that dont fit because Superbalist didnt accept the return. I turned to Zara app now as they have a 30 day return period on discounted items. I put this complaint on Google Play and Superbalist said I must contact customer care. I did not because of my previous experience and when I did contact customer care they did not accept the returns so why bother again .I will now stop using Superbalist due all the incovenience that happened.

The delivery and ease of ordering and returning is quite easy. I also like how I'm kept informed about faults or late delivery instead of being left in the dark. The only improvement I would suggest is sending the correct driver for the specified pick-up, as it was described that there are two companies that deal with certain pick-ups and returns separately, so that aspect could be streamlined and avoid unnecessary stops.

Everything from placing the order until it reaches the pic up point everything was perfect. The problem is that you restricted the pic up point and this give many of us challenges because they just too far from us. Can you please allow us with door to door delivery so that we won't stress about the pickup.

The experience was excellent. The delivery was on time and early on during the day so you don't have to stress about when the delivery will happen. It wold be nice to be able to track the delivery in real time or something schedule to give and indication of when during the day the order will arrive.

The delivery was really quick, your app makes it hard to search products and sizes. Instead of searching and getting a boot and being able to see all the sizes avail in stock you have to search forever for your size. That's just an example. That's what prevents me shopping more with you

I like that you can be trusted, you deliver exactly what a person orders and you're fast to deliver.
..what I don't like is that you take time to process a refund of someone, I mean when they order you take the money immediately but when you have to pay it back It takes days.!

I totally love the online stores offering.
When it comes to furniture items that need assembling, please give options on whether we need it delivered in pieces or assembled (even if its at a cost).
Please include as well two screw drivers in the box.

There was a delay in the delivery of my items which was not communicated. However when I asked for an update customer service was quick to reply and helpful in supplying the information I had requested. The items where then also delivered as scheduled.

your services are usually impeccable. at times the quality in person is not what has been shown on the pic. i ordered a mixing bowl and its tiny. but in general i love your store and experience. i recently ordered a coat for myself and its beautiful.

Got exactly what I ordered, the clothes fit extremely well, great value for you money and the addition discounts (what motivated me to order) *chef's kiss*

I thought that the service and quality was excellent. The only reason it is 4 stars and not 5 is due to the packaging. I ordered a dress and a few make up items. It was packaged in 3 different boxes! Not friendly to the environment.

Quality of goods were very excellent.
The sleep set was received in wrong size instead of size 10 I received a size 6. But I could gift someone else with the set, as I didn't choose the return option which is always available.
