Suosittelen!

You're great, FedEx not so much.
Experience of ordering from your website was great, and your delivery to Finland was very fast, everything worked well that far.
But, once again, FedEx gave some issues with the delivery. They don't seem to have the necessary experience and infrastructure to reliably deliver packages to non-industrial clients. They were unable to communicate to me when the package was already in town, which happens quite regularly with them. This caused almost a week of delay to the delivery, and in the end I had to investigate with some of their contractors to find out where my package ended up.
I'd be delighted to some day see other delivery options on your page besides FedEx, because you seem to really have a very good catalog of products and quick processing times on your end.
Kind regards,
Teemu Piiroinen

Fast delivery and correct items. Rolls were in factory packing
They packed and sent the package fast. The package was a little bit deformed when it arrived, but i could have been UPS fault.
