The customer service at this shop is very good, especially considering the time zone difference. Not only did they let me know what was going on with the order in a reasonable time frame, but they were also not afraid to give bad news when a supplier let them down. In addition, the shipping was very reasonable considering it was shipping from France to the USA. Everything arrived, exactly as I ordered it and with no damage.

All-around great first experience

Very good communication with Arnaud. Had my backordered item (Neptune III FFM) ordered from the manufacturer quickly and shipped out to me as soon as it was received. Superfast delivery to Canada and all was in order. Will recommend to anyone looking for great prices and great service.

I ordered and received a Gobe divelight body, and the customer service worked very well. After I plugged in the lamp part, it did not light up when I pressed the button. I tried to charge it, but still nothing. I mailed them with my questions, and they sent me a new body, free of charge, which was fully operational.

Great Customer Service and Quick Delivery

I liked the Great Customer Service and attention to details. A slight possible improvement is to keep track of out of stock items, one of the items I ordered was out of stock I got contacted by the team and they offered same item in other colors which I was ok with and the shipment was all fast and reliable.
