Quick, professional and customer orientated
After my order was shipped, the parcel was, for reasons unknown, returned to the sender without reaching the destination country. I contacted Diveavenue, but they were as surprised as I was about what had happened. They offered to ship it again, though the shipping cost would be on me. I was unsure whether I would receive the parcel if I paid a second time, but they kindly offered to cover half of the repeated shipping cost in an attempt to resolve the situation satisfactorily, even though it was not their fault. I have now received my parcel.
I would like to stress that communication with the Diveavenue team was straightforward, professional and quick, which I appreciated most.

The only one thing that I suggest reviewing is to make your online shop up to date with quantities of available colors. For example, when I ordered (3) blue snorkels, your website should check and show available quantity of blue snorkels available if it's less than (3), and it will be better to show a pre-order option with estimated time of availability at your store.

The packages are handed over to the local post office, which only provides home delivery for very small parcels.
