I've been a customer for four years now and I just love you. The quality, the fast shipping with DPD and the packaging are just great. Even the little gifts. The only thing is that the 10% discount no longer works. Which I don't understand. If I get vouchers, that should work too. I also once asked for a reseller discount. Unfortunately, this is also not an option, even though I order a lot from you. Unfortunately, your customer support is really not ideal. When I write you an e-mail, I never get an answer to my question or problem 100% of the time. The same goes for the contact form. I personally find that a great pity. It used to work much better via Etsy. Try to work on it or hire someone who only deals with answering questions. As an idea and constructive criticism. Great quality, but customer support in need of optimization
