Glass work is beautiful. The pendulum, however, does not match that in the advertisements. Also, the pendulum does not swing because the clock hangs so close to the wall.

Prior to visiting Venice, Italy, I found this shop on the Internet. Watching their videos, I knew I wanted to see more. I wrote an email asking questions and I got an answer from Gianluca. We corresponded for several months about the shop and how to get there from the hotel we were going to be staying in. During our first visit to Venice, Italy in October 2023, We went to their shop and had a personal tour and saw how they made a vase and a horse. It was extremely a miracle. Since then, I have purchased a beautiful necklace for Valentine’s Day. I trust this shop with my purchases and you should too.

I live in the U.S. and purchased ART COD. ID: 3153. I was kept updated on the delivery status by both DHL and OMG. The product matched what was depicted in the photos. The packaging was very robust. The only thing that I would point out is that the sizes for this product were listed in a dropdown list, and it was not immediately apparent to me that the product was available in multiple sizes.

Excellent Experience From customer service to purchase and shipping, the process was easy. I was kept well informed during the shipping process and shipping was fast. This was a gift which was well received. The only problem I had was choosing an item because each work was so beautiful.
