Review summary
Customers consistently praise the exceptional quality, craftsmanship, and beauty of the products. Most are impressed with the fast, reliable, and timely delivery of their orders. Packaging is generally secure and protective. Customer service is frequently highlighted as attentive, helpful, and responsive, and communication is largely appreciated with updates provided throughout the process. Gifts are often described as beautiful and well-received. A few customers express disappointment with specific product details, gift presentation, or encounter minor flaws. Some note issues such as lack of clarity or abruptness in communication, and a small number experience breakage or problems with jewelry components after short-term use. Unexpected import duties and customs fees are a recurring concern, though most understand these are beyond the seller's control.

The aquamarine horse is fabulous.
A work of art my niece will treasure forever.
Thank you for your professionalism and service.
Ps
My package was held at San Francisco gateway for a $44.00 tax charge.
They said i had four days to pay, or the horse would be returned to Murano in Italy.😡
Of course, I paid the tariff, but this is strong arming by our government.
Trump needs to go.
Thank you

My wife loves her OMG statue 👍
My wife loves the statue and because it came from OMG, made it that much more special
If I had any criticism it would be the wrapping of the item? I thought it would have been shipped in its own box and not just wrapped in bubble wrap and then paper, that part really let the experience down

I was extremely happy with my purchase! Absolutely beautiful craftsmanship! They were exactly as described, very well and safely packaged! They were shipped from Italy to Australia by DHL and I received shipping information throughout! Great shopping experience! I can highly recommend this fabulous seller!

presentation and helpfulness lacking
although the goblets were nice I wanted and requested a good presentation as they were a gift. I was not impressed with the way they were presented bubble wrap and just white stiff Omg wrapping paper then boxed in cardboard. when opened an irruption of white foam filled the room with a lot of it adhering to the wrapping paper . also the certificate was unimpressive. the worst thing was I was not informed by OMG I had to pay a further £75 Import duty. when I complained they said it was in the fine print. They were not upfront about it. I felt my communication with them was abrupt and unfriendly

The necklace and earrings are beautiful and I love them.
But the cord and clasp they are on are flimsy and cheap and broke the first time I wore it. I was able to buy another cord on line but unless I take it to a jeweler (more money) I cannot add the round piece onto the cord to keep the jewelry laying flat.
Otherwise I would have given a five star.

I loved the turtle and the dolphin - my elephant I perhaps was not the right object - seemed a bit lost - but have purchased a black 5x5x5 x5 mount/riser to give it more presence - as they are all stacked in display shelves one under each other

Murano glass = the highest quality, hand-blown glass which add a bit of original art to your life.
A pleasant surprise was that everything was packaged so securely that not one piece was damaged, even our tiny hand-made creche that we ordered.

I particularly love the beauty of the items I bought. People have given compliments on them and asked where I bought them. I always say, and even write it down for people. I did ask if I coculd buy the earrings without the necklace as I don't often wear necklaces, but I did not get a reply. I'm glad of this as the set looks stunning.

Excellent customer service
I called with a very specific request and was assisted by Giulia. She helped me to order exactly what I wanted and ensured that this is what was sent. The order was shipped quickly and received in perfect condition.

As usual, the glasswork is beautiful, but in my opinion, the metal piece looks rather rough, which somewhat reduces the overall visual quality. This is solely my opinion; it was a gift, and the recipients like it very much.
Grazie e buona sera da Edimburgo.

My order was quickly filled and on its way. The glass sailboat was exactly as pictured. Excellent quality. This was a replacement of one we bought in Italy when we travelled there several years ago.

Stupenda manifattura, ottimo imballaggio. Discreta la confezione regalo. Personalmente mi aspettavo qualcosina in più per la confezione regalo ma a quella poi ho aggiunto io un tocco festoso.

The gift was beautiful, arrived on time and was carefully wrapped. The only problem was that I had to pay approx. a $30 custom fee or tariff which I was not aware of (not your fault).

Ain’t No Mountain High, Ain’t No Valley Low, Ain’t No “Ocean” Wide Enough Baby
Hesitant at first but the close contact by email made the process inclusive of the anticipated hassles with overseas shipping at Christmas time flawless (and awesome). Everything arrived on time and each item meticulously packaged with obvious care for the merchandise in the event of damage of any kind. The team gave new meaning to customer service! And did I mention the pieces were stunningly beautiful? YES they are!
