The product looks like it does and the delivery time was quick.

Giulia who has answered my call was very nice and did a great job, they should update their website especially availability and pictures since I had a problem with it, the way they answered may e-mail was not good enough.

had a bit of trouble with language first - they kept sending me emails in Italian - I speak English only.. Then there was the question about customs duty - I thought the cost was in the shipping details - I was mistaken. Anyway, I finally found a way to sort all this out, paid the duty, and voila, found my order was on the way. Anyway, it did arrive and it was absolutely beautiful. And it arrived just in time to present it to my friend on her birthday. Thank you for that. And she loved it, said it was really gorgeous.
