The frame I ordered arrived broken. I contacted the company immediately and within two days a new frame was mailed to me in the USA. The packing was much better with the second shipment. Thank you very much for your help.

I was a little worried when I placed the order that I was being silly ordering a hand crafted glass product from Italy and expecting it to arrive in Australia intact. I was overjoyed at how easy the order process was, a little trepidatious as I watched the almost daily briefs from the shipping company on where my package was in the world on it's way to me, then a smartly dressed and very polite courier some 2.5 weeks after ordering hand delivers my pristine package to my door! I live in a small town in a remote part of Tasmania, to say that having anything arrive quickly, and without damage here is almost miraculous. The product is absolutely beautiful ( gift wrapped and under the tree for it's recipient on the 25th). So thank you! I will be shopping with you again in the future!

Prior to visiting Venice, Italy, I found this shop on the Internet. Watching their videos, I knew I wanted to see more. I wrote an email asking questions and I got an answer from Gianluca. We corresponded for several months about the shop and how to get there from the hotel we were going to be staying in. During our first visit to Venice, Italy in October 2023, We went to their shop and had a personal tour and saw how they made a vase and a horse. It was extremely a miracle. Since then, I have purchased a beautiful necklace for Valentine’s Day. I trust this shop with my purchases and you should too.

There is nothing in the world more beautiful than a piece of original Murano glass. I’ve been collecting it for awhile now—and I can always tell the difference between Murano glass and any other type of glass. I haven’t been able to afford any of the larger, more expensive pieces to date—but I do hope for that day to one day come.
