My one complaint is 1 The length of time between ordering and shipping. I placed my order near the end of November for an item which said it was in stock and ready to ship. I made an inquiry on the 10th of December and received a reply that the order was ready to ship and would be going out within the next couple of days. They guaranteed arrival prior to Christmas. I did not receive any shipping confirmation that week so I inquired again And was informed on the 19th that it would be shipped that day. The next day I received an email from DHL that The package was in route and the estimated delivery date would be December 27th. I was annoyed that The package obviously sat for one week after it was ready to be shipped before it actually was. The delay caused me to have to Source a replacement Christmas gift for the recipients. I did speak to DHL locally after the package had arrived in the US And convince them to expedite the package For delivery on the 24th of December.

For my past 7 years of Christmas gifts from my Italian friend were the Murano Glass products. It has been my pride and Christmas tradition to display them in the foyer of my house.
Although I received MY first order to my friend 2022 Christmas was in damaged condition. OMG has taken the replacement action immediately after my contact to OMG. And follow up with emails to make sure my friend received it in good condition. I was quite impressed by the customer service of OMG in very professional manner. I recommend OMG to my friends without hesitation. Thank you!!

Fantástico el producto, perfectamente empacado, constante comunicación de parte de la tienda… se atrasó un poco pero valió la pena la espera…pero considerando que venía de otro continente no fue nada… si tuve problemas con DHL en mi país pero eso es parte…. Los colores si eran un poco diferentes al catálogo pero pero es

A month ago, I visited the island of Murano on a school visit and was amazed by the demonstration and the showroom. I bought some jewelry and one glass piece, but was still thinking that I should've made a few extra purchases. I found a beautiful picture frame on the website, but unfortunately I couldn't find an animal piece I saw in the store. Regardless, the picture frame arrived undamaged and was a successful present.

4-5 week lead time, given the fact this is hand craft Merino glass and was coming from Italy I didn't have an issue. I just hoped it was here for Christmas. 4 or 5 days later goods are on my doorstep...well the collection point 5 minutes from my house.
Outstanding service, beautiful product, just really happy. This is the 3rd year I've used them for handmade glass decorations and I will continue to do so!

Auf den Fotos sah es ja schon super aus aber als ich es hier bei mir hatte fand meine Freude keine Grenzen .Ein super Teil und es wurde sehr schnell Versand, es hat nur Tage gedauert . OMG kann ich sehr empfehlen .Hatte auch ein paar sehr nette Kontakte mit OMG ,bin mehr als zufrieden.

When the package arrived the shipping box was damaged. DHL had me check the merchandise right there on the spot. The glasses were perfect. Tons of padding!

Shipment was very efficient and quick. Ornament was packaged extremely well and arrived safely. We were very happy with our purchase and the ordering experience. The one thing I might recommend considering is the placement of a sturdy box - maybe decorated with Murano style so that the item (a Christmas ornament) could be stored in it. Ornament is beautiful!

I attended a glass blowing in Venice recently and saw the excellent craftsmanship of the artisan. I had no opportunity to purchase a piece for my daughter-in-law, so I ordered an authentic Murano glass horse for her. It arrived sooner than expected and was packed very, very securely. She loved it!

Sicher und gut verpackt.
Einzig, das Verpackungsmaterial im Inneren des Pakets (Styropor Flocken) ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß und eine Alternative wäre zu überdenken.
Wie wäre es mit Popcorn, oder Ähnlichem?

Communication around delivery date could have been improved - but their office was shut due to Covid so I kind of understand.
But the final product is beautiful. It’s hand made, and so is not perfect as it has the off bubble, but I think that adds to the charm!
