My one complaint is 1 The length of time between ordering and shipping. I placed my order near the end of November for an item which said it was in stock and ready to ship. I made an inquiry on the 10th of December and received a reply that the order was ready to ship and would be going out within the next couple of days. They guaranteed arrival prior to Christmas. I did not receive any shipping confirmation that week so I inquired again And was informed on the 19th that it would be shipped that day. The next day I received an email from DHL that The package was in route and the estimated delivery date would be December 27th. I was annoyed that The package obviously sat for one week after it was ready to be shipped before it actually was. The delay caused me to have to Source a replacement Christmas gift for the recipients. I did speak to DHL locally after the package had arrived in the US And convince them to expedite the package For delivery on the 24th of December.

Perfekt!
Ware wie erwartet.
Prompte Lieferung.
Sicher und gut verpackt.
Einzig, das Verpackungsmaterial im Inneren des Pakets (Styropor Flocken) ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß und eine Alternative wäre zu überdenken.
Wie wäre es mit Popcorn, oder Ähnlichem?

Ho acquistato già tre articoli da Original Murano Glass e devo dire che oltre a produrre opere d'arte bellissime questa azienda è molto seria e corretta. Molto probabilmente in futuro acquisterò altre loro opere per arricchire la mia casa con cose piacevoli e di pregio.

Love my new earrings and bottle stopper. Unfortunately the earrings hang lower than expected and are pretty heavy. Going to my jeweler today to see if they can be raised up higher and supported better on my ears. Very nice surprise to get a free glass ornament!

The pieces I ordered arrived quickly and were very well packed. The online photos just don't do justice to the actual beauty of the doves and heart vase. They helped make for a special anniversary! I am so very pleased and would not hesitate to order again.

My glasses are beautiful and came so quick!! I don’t recommended the inscription. It detracts from the beauty of the glass and is a little bigger than I expected but the good news it that it’s only on one of my 6 glasses so, it works for us.
