The artistry is impressive, though my black ball was missing a lot of the coloured spots shown in the piece online. The ornament was also missing the gold string shown for hanging. The shipper DHL had the box opened and reopened, taped and re-taped—the thin box arrived crushed in a plastic bag. It was truly a miracle the glass was in one piece. The seller was informed and photos were sent. OMG told me they would file a case with DHL, but there was no offer of any return to me on the shipping I paid.

Actually I don't have any recommendation to your company. Quality of your product is beyond question. Shipping too (I was expecting shipping to take twice much time). Ordering was easy and all taxes and shipping was included in final price you show. The only recommendation I can have is "Keep in same way for the future"

When I called, the CSR was very kind and clear. My order arrived within the week that she stated it would. I LOVE the jewelry.
Only thing I can think of to do better: perhaps put the measurement of the item? I bought a pair of earrings that were quite long. My friend still liked them though. Gorgeous work!

The dish I bought is absolutely beautiful!! I bought the same one on holiday in Venice. My daughter broke it! So searched online for a similar one. There are many fakes out there. But this company is the real deal! It looks exactly like the one my daughter broke! Very fast delivery too!! Very happy

It is made with true craftsmanship. the colors intertwining are very pretty an artist"s work.
It arrived so well packed to avoid prackeage and arrived on time,
I love it and have put it on my hall table.

I found this a perfect purchase. The delivery isn't going well but that isn't the trader's fault.
DHL say they attempted delivery today. I was home all day not leaving the house at all. I am housebound. Nobody rang my doorbell once today.
