While the shipping was efficient, a faster delivery could influence me to purchase more products. I've noticed that the pricing in the Americas is significantly higher than in Europe and Asia, with limited discounts. The external packaging arrived quite damaged, but thankfully, the original packaging for the lamp inside was sturdy and well-designed. Despite these logistical issues, the product itself is highly satisfactory, be it the texture or color—flawless in every aspect.

I have been ordering from Nordic Nest for quite a number of years and have always found their service to be very satisfactory. My last order, early in December, was for my Christmas gifts to family and friends. The order never came and when I contacted Nordic Nest as it got very close to Christmas I was told that the parcel had been lost. They said that some of the items were no longer available but that they would send the rest of the order but not in time for Christmas delivery. I asked for credit for the 2 out of stock items and that was agreed. Last week I received a box in the post containing a tiny box of candles ( originally cancelled because out of stock) and then t2 days ago I got the rest of my order. It contained some of the Christmas items ( napkins and decoration) that are no use until next Christmas. I had to go out at the last moment before Christmas to buy a different set of gifts. My main complaint is that Nordic Nest should have been aware on their tracking system that the parcel was not delivered and contacted me in time for me to cancel and get some time to shop for gifts. Poor service. Slow delivery and hidden charges. Never using again You pay for postage after waiting more than a week for the items and then you have to pay a separate postage charge to actually get your parcel. The shop has great pricing and products but they take too long to deliver and use crappy expensive delivery methods

Never Again

Let people know it will take many weeks for anq order to arrive BEFORE they order. I placed an order for a Christmas present on 13th November it arrived the week before Christmas just as I was about to go away. On contacting the company they kept saying they hoped it would arrive in time! I hoped so too.

False promises on delivery

On 17/12/2023, Nordic Nest had a notice on their website which said that all purchases made that day would be delivered to UK addresses before Christmas. They didn’t ship my item until the New Year and they didn’t bother replying to my enquires until then either.

Nice blanket let down by slow admin & dispatch

Throws ordered ‘in time for Xmas ‘ weren’t in time Misled on website by missing info pointing out they could arrive if you selected Express postage … slow to dispatch …. Slow to arrive - significant at such times however nice the item

Kay Bojesen Monkey was damaged when shipped.

Kay Bojesen Monkey arrived in damaged condition, although packaging was excellent. Shipping was markedly delayed. Issue appears to be one of quality control prior to shipment.

I have been an returning client at Nordic Nest and the general feedback I would give is positive. The only thing that I would suggest for an improvement is the visual content of the shop. Some photos especially of the ceramic items are not entirely matching the colors and quality of materials of the items. Thus there were two times that I had to return the items as they were looking better and more authentic on the photo than in reality. For example printed out designs on ceramics looked like hand-painted. Unfortunately I dont have the items anymore to add a picture. Thank you!

Lovely coffee table but delivery problems

I am very happy with the product and the ordering procedure. However, the delivery service by UPS was poor. My coffee table did not arrive on the scheduled day of delivery. At 8pm that day it was rescheduled for the following day between 11am and 3pm. It arrived just before 6pm. I would pay extra for a premium delivery service and I think you should offer that service for customers who prefer it.

The crockery is lovely quality but...

The crockery is lovely quality, but the whole delivery experience was an absolute disaster, the first order has never been dispatched even thought we received an email saying it was, and after waiting for over a month we emailed and they said it has never been dispatched so we had to wait another 2 weeks for it to arrive.
