Since Brexit, it's difficult to find retailers in Europe that will ship to the UK. In addition to Nordic Nest providing this, it also stocks many of the items I love which is great. The other good point is that Nordic Nest has good prices and great sales. I continually find what I want here. Please don't stop supplying to us in the UK. Thank you.

But, getting ahold of anyone in Customer Service by phone is a real nightmare, having to listen to the same message in loop for ever !!! Then you decide to email as an alternative but again wait 4 days for a reply...Grrr. I have placed many orders since I discovered this website as they have a brilliant selection of products but my customer service experience or rather lack of, is leaving me and I am sure others with a mixed feeling about the experience

As an Australian customer, it's marvellous to have access to these wonderful high quality, stylish Scando products - generally not available instore down under. The ordering and delivery process was seamless. Nordic reached out when one item that was on back-order actually became available earlier than expected - so that was a great outcome. Loved the Gotland wool rug - beautiful wool.

Quality selection of Nordic designer goods, very good P & P charges, excellent courier partners used abroad and in the UK. They have reasonable product pricing, and wonderful sales every now and again! Also outer shipper cartons are very environmentally designed and very easy to open. No horrible sticky tape! One of my favourite places to shop!

I really appreciate your selection because I can get quality household items shipped to Croatia. The customer service is excellent. I would just to note that some supposed Scandinavian brands like Dorre and Nofred are a scam of quality from my experience. You should maybe purge such brands out of the selection.

Great all around choice. Quality and competitive price. The website is cleverly set up so as to visualise items in customers’ interiors with direct links to products for purchase. New trends clearly highlighted. Shipping is for most part fast.

I have been a customer of Nordic Nest for years now and have always found that when I order items due to stock in a few weeks they are accurate when they give a shipping time. This is refreshing and reliable information to know. Nest items are always quality products.

I purchased a Nordic folk advent star for a very reasonable $12.95, though the shipping to the U.S. (not their fault) was $19.00 via FedEx. The star was a bit tricky to expand (it came collapsed), but I finally figured out you needed to use the draw string to pop it out to its full size. Once expanded, it was quite beautiful; in fact my mother still has it hanging in her dining room in late January. Also a note on shipping, FedEx later hit me with an $11import fee probably related to tariffs imposed by the U.S., again, not Nordic Nest's fault.

I think your customer service works quite nicely. A few time happened to receive damaged goods and the customer service staff always solved the issue. If there is one thing that could be improved is the delivery service. Every time items are shipped via postnord there is an issue (damaged goods or delays) when it is done via instabox or courier there are no issues.

I bought the 2 pepper and salt grinders as they were a Which? Best Buy and I had had a lot of trouble with previous pepper grinders. The one I used is excellent. The other is in storage for the future. They arrived quickly, packaging was good. What else can I say.

I have only bought Georg Jensen , but the price was very good /competitive. As expected Jensen is superb quality and design . Due to the good value at Nordic Nest I purchased far more , so really pleased. Only comment would be Jensen packaging is very good , but the Jensen boxes were put into other Nordic nest boxes without any extra protective padding, so the boxes could bang about inside . It made me feel other brands that may not have as good as packaging as Jensen could get damaged.

I like your product very much because it doesn't need electricity. It works very reliable but the seal for the the center axis seems a little bit too loose and I am afraid that water can get into the gearbox. But it didn't do it until now so maybe Iam wrong. I would buy it again.

Over a few years, I have bought 3 Kaplan wool blankets, the last one end of 2025. They are not only beautiful and well designed, they are very warm, quite thick, wash and dry extremely well without shrinking, and in addition are extremely well priced when compared to lower quality and sadly more expensive ones widely available on the internet via well-known outlets. In addition, delivery charges are extremely reasonable, again when compared to other outlets. I was quite happy to wait even 10 days, however the latest purchase arrived so fast with a few days. Nordic Nest offers loads of original products at very competitive prices. Over the years l have accumulated more than enough for my home and l now tend to concentrate on small things that bring comfort combined with quality. I'll buy again from Nordic Nest, not sure what, but I know something at some point will trigger my interest and a purchase. Impossible to fault these blankets and Nordic Nest service.

Nothing, fast delivery and the best feeder ever. It eventually get's knocked off by people, weather or pigeons but I'll keep buying one as its lovely to watch goldfinches 30cm away! I did work out an anti pigeon fix with a strip of 2mm thick acetate cut 30cm x 18cm and a hole melted into the top of feeder and the acetate then screwed in with a clear plastic nut and bolt. I bet you could manufacture that! The acetate keeps the food and birds dry too. The pigeons can't land on it and it springboards them off if they venture to the sides.

Nordic Nest carries brands that aren't generally available from UK retailers, and for those that are, prices are often lower even once international shipping has been factored in. The 'all customs fees included' policy for UK customers makes for no nasty surprises so even post-Brexit shopping is easy and pricing completely transparent. Customer service is excellent with a speedy response from UK-based helpdesk.

These Nordic Nest throws are quite the most brilliant throws that were ever thrown. They lie beautifully as they have just the right weight to them, my cats do not scratch them and my house is a saner, more tranquil space now that they are here.
