Dealing with Nordic Nest was fine but not 100% happy with product.
Dealing with Nordic Nest was fine. I did find a change in the product from my previous purchase which was the quality of the glass. I broke one of my red wine classes and ordered a replacement [2 per box] but I found the new ones didn't have that ping sound of crystal which was present in the first order [2x2]. I still have 2 unused and tested this on them and found they were high in crystal but not the new ones. It's possible that the first glasses were rather delicate because I broke one whilst washing it by hand. Hence the 3 stars because I wasn't completely happy. So as I break my glasses over time I will probs buy a different design. Nordic Nest themselves are absolutely fine and I'd be happy to recommend them as an online retailer.

Shipping from Europe to the UK Since Brexit
Since Brexit, it's difficult to find retailers in Europe that will ship to the UK. In addition to Nordic Nest providing this, it also stocks many of the items I love which is great. The other good point is that Nordic Nest has good prices and great sales. I continually find what I want here. Please don't stop supplying to us in the UK. Thank you.

Great gadgets, really well made and easy to use. Ordering was straight forward. Could be a little bit more contact between ordering and sending out for delivery as it was a couple of weeks, but otherwise well packaged and easy to track once sent.

My orders was declared lost and it was only after my daughter followed up with Fed Ex that the order was recovered and delivered after reaching out to Nordic Nest multiple times. Fed Wx recovered the order and then charged another $42 for tariffs. —just felt like the ball was dropped and after many phone calls and emails, we had to solve our own problem all with minimal investigation and no concession by Nordic. I will say we are very pleased with the item received-great quality and absolutely beautiful! Just wish the process had not been so difficult

Brilliant choice of products but....
But, getting ahold of anyone in Customer Service by phone is a real nightmare, having to listen to the same message in loop for ever !!! Then you decide to email as an alternative but again wait 4 days for a reply...Grrr.
I have placed many orders since I discovered this website as they have a brilliant selection of products but my customer service experience or rather lack of, is leaving me and I am sure others with a mixed feeling about the experience

As an Australian customer, it's marvellous to have access to these wonderful high quality, stylish Scando products - generally not available instore down under. I purchased a Nordic folk advent star for a very reasonable $12.95, though the shipping to the U.S. (not their fault) was $19.00 via FedEx. The star was a bit tricky to expand (it came collapsed), but I finally figured out you needed to use the draw string to pop it out to its full size. Once expanded, it was quite beautiful; in fact my mother still has it hanging in her dining room in late January.
Also a note on shipping, FedEx later hit me with an $11import fee probably related to tariffs imposed by the U.S., again, not Nordic Nest's fault.

I think your customer service works quite nicely. A few time happened to receive damaged goods and the customer service staff always solved the issue. If there is one thing that could be improved is the delivery service. Every time items are shipped via postnord there is an issue (damaged goods or delays) when it is done via instabox or courier there are no issues.

I have only bought Georg Jensen , but the price was very good /competitive. As expected Jensen is superb quality and design . Due to the good value at Nordic Nest I purchased far more , so really pleased.
Only comment would be Jensen packaging is very good , but the Jensen boxes were put into other Nordic nest boxes without any extra protective padding, so the boxes could bang about inside . It made me feel other brands that may not have as good as packaging as Jensen could get damaged.
