I was a bit apprehensive to order in case there were customs duties and taxes but the site was clear that all that was sorted out at their end. The price was very competitive and I went ahead with my orders. It all went smoothly, I did two orders as I wanted to send 3 identical items (eva solo self watering orchid pot) to 2 different addresses.
Tracking for one delivery was better than the other as it was a different delivery company, but all the items arrived quickly and safely which was a relief as I was dreading any breakages. The recipients are delighted with them.
I could recommend using Nordic nest to the U.K. and I am very pleased with the service I received and the beautiful items I bought as Xmas presents.
I ordered some Christmas presents, some advent candles, an a table cloth in September. After a month had passed with no commuication from Nordic Nest and no packages arriving, I contacted customer service. A few days later they got back to me and said that one of the items was backordered, they could refund me for it, and ship the rest of the dozen items immediately. Great. Well, not great, but at least things were moving forward and it was still only Halloween. Weeks go by...again. I received one package in the mail with one of the dozen items ordered, and the packing list showed that a few other things were supposed to be there as well. Waited...again...NOTHING. Contacted customer service AGAIN, telling them I'd only received a shipping email with no tracking number. The customer service representative had zero solutions for me...apologised that this was happening, but totally ignorant as to what could be going on...she says they have no way of tracing the package, so hopefully my order just arrives at some point like the other package did...she says this is not normal...etc etc. No solutions, no problem solving, no compensation, nothing. But then, she *finally* sends me a tracking number. Here's the thing. I look at the tracking information, and the shipping WASN'T EVEN INITIATED ON THEIR END until the DAY THEY RECEIVED MY LATEST EMAIL IN LATE NOVEMBER. The package wasn't lost in transit, it had never even been sent. That is the same thing that happened when I contacted customer service the first time...a flurry of communication, the shipment INITIATED only after weeks went by and I contacted to inquire and express concern. So sketchy!
So basically, Nordic Nest has a lovely looking website but on the fulfillment end, this company does not behave like a legitimate business. I haven't even checked my bank account to see if they refunded what they said they would, I'll have to follow up on that as well because I don't trust anything they say at this point. And now I can see via tracking number that there is a package sitting in Frankfurt, Germany waiting to be loaded on a plane for transport to the USA, where it has been sitting since Nov 24th. Of course, there is no way for me to know what that package contains, I fully expect that it will only contain another one or two of the DOZEN items ordered. And whenever it arrives, if it ever does, it will be FAR too late for Christmas presents, let alone advent candles as today is Nov 29th. This was not a Covid era supply chain issue. At best, this is just poor business practices and incompetence. At worst, it's fraud. Hard to know, given how things have gone and continue to go with this company. All I know is that I paid them hundreds of dollars in September for lots of things, I didn't hear a peep from them or receive anything for over a month and after 2+ months, I still have only one item of a dozen in my possession (it's lovely) and they still have my money with no explanation or plan to resolve the "issue". Who has time for this? And at what point do I just go to my credit card company, report fraud, and try to recoup some of the money I've already lost? Buyer beware.
Love their product range. Website is clear and easy to use. A little more detail on deliveries would be great - likely lead time and also, destination. I had expected my last (of 4 orders) delivery to come to my house with UPS, but when I had had notification saying it had been delivered and it clearly hadn't, I managed to track the parcels down to Millets store - rather to my surprise. Consequently we didn't have the lights in time for the electrician to fit which was annoying. No idea why the parcels didn't come direct to our home address.

Package received well, great product (Marimekko coffee mugs). I was not the one who ordered; it was a gift. It took quite long, possibly several weeks, to receive it, though, within Europe. I wonder if the packaging could not be more sustainable as the box seemed enormous compared to its contents. I understand that the fragile items have to be protected but still.

Fantastic range of product, good pricing when discounts are offered. Being on the other side of the world - Australia - it took a little while to arrive, but logistics these days remain challenging.
One downside: I did reach out via email to check on the delivery delay, and it took many days for a response. By which time the goods had been shipped.

This is our 4th table runner from this company. The delivery has incrementally improved, over the past 3 years & is now excellent, considering the distance & import 'complications', which are all handled by the company. All the runners have been high quality, seem to be resistant to sunlight & wash extremely well. Highly recommended.

Everything they say they are going to do from ordering to shipping is completed and they are in communication with you all along the way. Customer service is top knotch. Choice of products is good, and stock levels OK. Had good experience of customer service plus when is a delay, am kept informed. Prices not high but nor are they cheap. More in situ pictures would be good - particularly for furniture in more typical homes (i.e. not just the idealised Scandi set up).

Their Customer service. The item ordered did not match the image on the website. I contacted them on email but they did not reply for 2 weeks. I finally contacted them on phone and then the service was swift and efficiently resolved. I appreciated that.

Great choice of high quality products that can be pricey but occasional offers are available. One thing to improve on is marking products with European plugs more clearly - I bought a lamp with the intention to use it in UK & had to change it.
