While the shipping was efficient, a faster delivery could influence me to purchase more products. I've noticed that the pricing in the Americas is significantly higher than in Europe and Asia, with limited discounts. The external packaging arrived quite damaged, but thankfully, the original packaging for the lamp inside was sturdy and well-designed. Despite these logistical issues, the product itself is highly satisfactory, be it the texture or color—flawless in every aspect.

I have been ordering from Nordic Nest for quite a number of years and have always found their service to be very satisfactory. My last order, early in December, was for my Christmas gifts to family and friends. The order never came and when I contacted Nordic Nest as it got very close to Christmas I was told that the parcel had been lost. They said that some of the items were no longer available but that they would send the rest of the order but not in time for Christmas delivery. I asked for credit for the 2 out of stock items and that was agreed. Last week I received a box in the post containing a tiny box of candles ( originally cancelled because out of stock) and then t2 days ago I got the rest of my order. It contained some of the Christmas items ( napkins and decoration) that are no use until next Christmas. I had to go out at the last moment before Christmas to buy a different set of gifts. My main complaint is that Nordic Nest should have been aware on their tracking system that the parcel was not delivered and contacted me in time for me to cancel and get some time to shop for gifts. Terrible packaging

Two pots— the original and a replacement were shipped overseas with absolutely NO padding or wrap. It was stupid enough the first time, but twice?

Difficult and extremely tiring returns process

I tried to return a terrible piece of ceramic bowl, which is supposed to be an arty hand made piece, looking lovely in pictures, but in real life it looks like a 10 year old made it in school. They made such a fuss about taking it back and I ended up paying £36 to return it. It’s been a few days and I haven’t received my refund. If they want to service UK customers, they need to arrange free returns just like any other high quality European online shop.

The delivery service Budbee you are are using is really irritating. They don't use an alternative address of a neighbour when we were abroad and when we were at home, expecting our parcel, it was delivered at a wrong address, while we'd got a nessage saying 'we delivered your parcel'.

Products that arrived were nothing like the website pictures, not just a variation colour or size, completely different. Saucers didn’t even fit the cups, the saucers were a different colour to the cups etc. When I emailed the company with pictures showing what I’d ordered and what I’d received they told me their website had stated they could be different and that was that. Unbelievable and rude. No apology, no offer of exchange or refund. Steer clear from this company.

I ordered glasses from them and when they arrived they were very dirty like they had been used and were badly packaged. When I tried to return them it said email address not recognised. Strange as I used my email to order them. So unfortunately as it wouldn’t recognise my email I couldn’t return the dirty glasses. Will not buy from them again.

Explain to customers upfront, before they order, that returns from uk customers can take 4/5 weeks. To date I have not received confirmation of receipt or indeed a refund . My order was returned on 25th May. I have had to chase your customer service staff as they NEVER follow up. I am still no further forward !!!

Had my money for 2 months - no cushion covers

I bought 8 cushion covers for just under £200 at the beginning of April. It is now mid June and I still do not have them. Apparently they were sent back to Sweden (not by me) and their customer service department will not refund me until the cushion covers return to the warehouse. Why is this MY risk? Nordic Nest have now had my money for over 2 months and I do not have my products. Not acceptable. Overall, they have good stuff on their site, but if you love in the UK it is slow and unreliable to order. I have used for things in the past but will NEVER use again.

Ordered item in November and received it the following May, around 6 months later. Misrepresentation claiming 2 week lead time just to get the order. Deducted delivery cost but that is no consolation when i specifically ordered the item from them to ensure it was received in time which it wasn't. No discount or compensation etc of the sort offered.

Returns process flawed and slow response from customer service

I placed a return request for which Nordic Nest issued a return shipping label. I delivered the return to the postal drop off point more than three weeks ago and the package tracking shows that the return was handed over by my national postal carrier to DHL on the 25th of May 2023. DHL cannot locate the package and I have been asked by Nordic Nest Customer Support to wait. As the return shipping label that was used was provided to me by Nordic Nest the refund should be issued. I now have no product nor a refund.
