While the shipping was efficient, a faster delivery could influence me to purchase more products. I've noticed that the pricing in the Americas is significantly higher than in Europe and Asia, with limited discounts. The external packaging arrived quite damaged, but thankfully, the original packaging for the lamp inside was sturdy and well-designed. Despite these logistical issues, the product itself is highly satisfactory, be it the texture or color—flawless in every aspect.

I have been ordering from Nordic Nest for quite a number of years and have always found their service to be very satisfactory. My last order, early in December, was for my Christmas gifts to family and friends. The order never came and when I contacted Nordic Nest as it got very close to Christmas I was told that the parcel had been lost. They said that some of the items were no longer available but that they would send the rest of the order but not in time for Christmas delivery. I asked for credit for the 2 out of stock items and that was agreed. Last week I received a box in the post containing a tiny box of candles ( originally cancelled because out of stock) and then t2 days ago I got the rest of my order. It contained some of the Christmas items ( napkins and decoration) that are no use until next Christmas. I had to go out at the last moment before Christmas to buy a different set of gifts. My main complaint is that Nordic Nest should have been aware on their tracking system that the parcel was not delivered and contacted me in time for me to cancel and get some time to shop for gifts. Incorrect delivery times quoted in website.

Your website stated the throw I ordered would be delivered in 2/3 weeks. This was in good time for Christmas. However when I enquired I was told the 2/3 weeks quoted was when the item would be received into your warehouse in Sweden. I should then expect a further 7/10 working days for receipt in the U.K. The throw was a Christmas present for my daughter and arrived after I had left for the Christmas break. This was extremely disappointing to say the least. You have quoted incorrect delivery times on your website which meant I did not have a Christmas present for my daughter. An extremely unhappy customer.

Kay Bojesen Monkey arrived in damaged condition, although packaging was excellent. Shipping was markedly delayed. Issue appears to be one of quality control prior to shipment.

Great customer service but terrible packaging

We ordered 5 side plates, and 2 large ceramic canisters, among other things. The plates were packed in a thin layer of bubble wrap and placed in the box, standing up, with no other protection between them and the box. 4 of the 5 plates broke. One of the canisters had no bubble wrap over the lid, so this broke also. I've given them 3 stars however, because they replied to my complaint quickly, and offered a refund or replacement, without quibbling.

Lovely items but …

Lovely items but unfortunately very slow delivery time and tracking information did not work. Customer service was also quite slow in response time and did not actually answer my question.

Never Again

Let people know it will take many weeks for anq order to arrive BEFORE they order. I placed an order for a Christmas present on 13th November it arrived the week before Christmas just as I was about to go away. On contacting the company they kept saying they hoped it would arrive in time! I hoped so too.

Poor service. Slow delivery and hidden charges. Never using again You pay for postage after waiting more than a week for the items and then you have to pay a separate postage charge to actually get your parcel. The shop has great pricing and products but they take too long to deliver and use crappy expensive delivery methods

Over one month waiting, two failed deliveries

very poor delivery experience, had ordered for a Christmas present in the end of November and our delivery stopped getting tracked after the first week of December. Turns out our parcel got lost, Nordic nest sent our delivery again which didn’t arrive to us and instead got sent back to the supplier for no reason. In the end we didn’t get the items even by early January which is where we just requested a refund instead of risking a third failed delivery and orderded the same goods elsewhere.

I had a lot of problems when I bought some products and didn't see that one had a little orange dot with words 'not in stock'. I hat to wait and wait... When I realized a problem, It was almost impossible to remove the missing product and deliver others. Please fix this issue. It was an awful experience.

We ordered 4 chairs in the Black Friday sales and the first ones came damaged. UPS uplifted the worst 2 chairs and the replacement chairs were re-delivered by UPS after Xmas, yes, the same chairs they collected before Xmas! The next day Parcelforce delivered what was probably the real replacement chairs. After emailing back and forth we were told to dispose of the chairs ourselves. What a complete waste of resources and our time. Very disappointed.
