While the shipping was efficient, a faster delivery could influence me to purchase more products. I've noticed that the pricing in the Americas is significantly higher than in Europe and Asia, with limited discounts. The external packaging arrived quite damaged, but thankfully, the original packaging for the lamp inside was sturdy and well-designed. Despite these logistical issues, the product itself is highly satisfactory, be it the texture or color—flawless in every aspect.

I have been ordering from Nordic Nest for quite a number of years and have always found their service to be very satisfactory. My last order, early in December, was for my Christmas gifts to family and friends. The order never came and when I contacted Nordic Nest as it got very close to Christmas I was told that the parcel had been lost. They said that some of the items were no longer available but that they would send the rest of the order but not in time for Christmas delivery. I asked for credit for the 2 out of stock items and that was agreed. Last week I received a box in the post containing a tiny box of candles ( originally cancelled because out of stock) and then t2 days ago I got the rest of my order. It contained some of the Christmas items ( napkins and decoration) that are no use until next Christmas. I had to go out at the last moment before Christmas to buy a different set of gifts. My main complaint is that Nordic Nest should have been aware on their tracking system that the parcel was not delivered and contacted me in time for me to cancel and get some time to shop for gifts. I placed an order of a Staub that would take 3 weeks to arrive. so far, all ok. Then I received a notification that the parcel was delivered successfully. I was on holidays I could not check it up. After a few days I received a second email saying that you received back the parcel from me and that the refund was being processed ... how is that possible...?? I contacted customer services and instead of receiving a solution ( a kind apology would have been nice too ) this person insisted I shoud have checked my tracking number...which was not the issue. After she understood that it was not a mistake from my side the only option I was given was to buy it again for a higher price and contact customer services to explain all over again so you could refund me the difference... Over all the experience was so frustrating and disappointing that I decided to find this product elsewhere. I always enjoyed buying and browsing from your website but your customer service is on a total different level.

Incorrect delivery times quoted in website.

Your website stated the throw I ordered would be delivered in 2/3 weeks. This was in good time for Christmas. However when I enquired I was told the 2/3 weeks quoted was when the item would be received into your warehouse in Sweden. I should then expect a further 7/10 working days for receipt in the U.K. The throw was a Christmas present for my daughter and arrived after I had left for the Christmas break. This was extremely disappointing to say the least. You have quoted incorrect delivery times on your website which meant I did not have a Christmas present for my daughter. An extremely unhappy customer.

Kay Bojesen Monkey was damaged when shipped.

Kay Bojesen Monkey arrived in damaged condition, although packaging was excellent. Shipping was markedly delayed. Issue appears to be one of quality control prior to shipment.

Their over the phone customer service is very good but distribution can be very slow and they aren’t great at keeping you updated by email.

Everything was ok until last delivery, when items inside the packake were not sufficiently protected and one diffuser got smashed and also spilled all over other items that were ment as xmas presents. I hope it was a one time mistake that took place in before xmas rush, because i will gladly shop at Nordic Nest again.

Never Again

Let people know it will take many weeks for anq order to arrive BEFORE they order. I placed an order for a Christmas present on 13th November it arrived the week before Christmas just as I was about to go away. On contacting the company they kept saying they hoped it would arrive in time! I hoped so too.

Great products, shame about the delivery

I like the Nordic Nest products and the pricing is reasonable. I have just had issues with them using UPS to deliver, who I find terrible. They 'missed' my delivery three times until I had to go and pick the package up from the depot and the items (cutlery and plates) could have been packaged better as the cutlery had shaken loose and one plate a slight chip. As they had no doubt been around a delivery depot several times they just needed sturdier packing at source.

Poor service. Slow delivery and hidden charges. Never using again You pay for postage after waiting more than a week for the items and then you have to pay a separate postage charge to actually get your parcel. The shop has great pricing and products but they take too long to deliver and use crappy expensive delivery methods

I like the product and website. Improve the notice of instock items. I ordered various items well before Christmas and they arrived in bits and pieces....I received the option to cancel them later on when it was no longer possible to order for xmas.
