I received the wrong product, emailed the customer services with the photos, but got no response - it has been 3 days. I don't know what to do, I got no product and no money, and no customer service.
The package contained candles which were not wrapped with protective packaging and they was a lot of movement around so they ended up with the wax looking very shoddy

Baslerbeauty came up trumps
Ordered item on the 29th of March and while the initial order was acknowledged we heard nothing further by the 7th of April so contacted baslerbeauty and on the 8th got an email saying the item would be delivered "shortly" which turned out to be on the 10th. I have no problem with the actual item as it was exactly what I wanted but I do think baslerbeauty should inform buyers when their items are actually dispatched from warehouse as majority of companies do. I could not fault the packaging which was well done.

Nice quality product/Poor delivery timescale
Nice quality product. Reply to correspondence and delivery timescales were not as stipulated. Delivery took a week and a half to arrive after payment of order.
