Everything was good always. Just 2 times we have a problem, once it was a broken bottle and the other time a missing bottle. But we were able to resolve immediately. Perhaps with the missing bottle, the conversation with customer service was a little more intense, but finally they recognized the mistake.

The order took one month to arrive. Although Gourmet hunter responded to my mails, the excuses were insufficient - having to wait to put orders together, change of courier, Brexit paperwork and customs delays due to alcoholic beverage etc. The original delivery date was 6 days after purchase, so that was obviously misleading. If Gourmet hunter had been transparent about the real delivery date (a month) then I could have taken an informed decision. After I got impatient, the responses stopped coming until I wrote a flourish of e-mails to different people at Gourmet as well as DHL. I had no knowledge of where the order was from anyone until the day before it was due to arrive in the UK. All in all not a good experience and Gourmet Hunter need to revise their service of sales to the UK and be upfront about delays and not keep customers in the dark when items are delayed unexpectedly.

No information from DHL on date of delivery and tracking didn’t work. But products were correct and delivery took reasonable time.

I have got very, very big problems with the ups transportation this and the last 4-5 time. They don't try to deliver to the door despite sending out a sms were you can chose to your home or a pick up point long, long away. Than when I order another delivery its just quit and nothing happens.

The first time I ordered, they canceled my order because the wine was unavailable. The second time they reduced my order because a wine was not available, Is it possible that they don't control availability!!!!! And get the money to refund it later!!!
