The website is very good. One improvement would be the inclusion of information on the potential aging qualities of each wine, if it is worth laying down, and for how long etc. I have not had any reason to engage with customer services so can't really give a rating on that aspect.

Delivery quicker than expected, straight to front door. Gourmet were in touch about change of vintage. No problems. I ordered a combination of wine merchant friends recommendation( he told me about Gourmet Hunter) and my own browsing. I retire in June and I am looking forward to ordering more often!

Excellent quality and very competitive pricing, and for the product I bought - regional Spanish wines from smaller producers - certainly the best source. However, the reason I will probably not buy from GH again is the delivery. The chosen delivery company is just not acceptable. Goods are dumped at the door, driver rings the bell and disappears.
