Great service. Quick shipping of the ordered wines. However, since they use UPS, and UPS is the worst possible shipping company, the deliviery was delayed. UPS never cucceeds with home delivery. The parcel alwatys gets delayed and then is then delivered to the service point.
If the would dump UPS, or offer an alternate shipping company, the rating could be 5.

Very good so far
Ordered 6 bottles to Switzerland around in a week's time. No customs problems, no customs fees. I normal border crossing, up to 6 bottles of wine per person are allowed to take into the country, so I guess the same applied in this case.

Really good choice of wines and sherries and quick delivery with good communication and tracking. One addition I would like is some indication of how long wines can be laid down for, i.e. when they should be drunk by.

A company to trust. Not the quickest but doesn’t matter when it’s safe. One of the wine I chose was out of stock. I received a Mail wether I wanted to go on without it or choose another wine.
