Whoever buys this device, should know what they are getting. For those who's needs are being adressed, you're getting a sold device, that does what it promisses. The wrting feel is like a gelpen on a stack of paper. The pen (Hear of Metal 2) feely very premium. It would have been nice, to have a "click", when putting the cap on the back-end of the pen. There are many areas where the device shines and there are of course areas, where it sits behind the competition. There are plenty of YouTube Videos covering every aspect. I personally am i very happy customer, both with the product itself and also with the service of the company who's employees are very freindly.

Very happy with my purchase of a Supernote Nomad. It's a big investment, and I did a lot of research before deciding on Supernote. I am usually drawn to very slick and finely crafted objects, and at first I was tempted by the Remarkable. But I couldn't be happy with the Nomad - it is immediately fascinating and easy to use, and within a short time it has become indispensible for me to organise my thoughts and notes. I use it for studying, journallying, sketching, to-do lists, but always finding yet new ways I can use it. I love the way the company makes it easy to replace parts, and I ordered the DIY pen which is such a neat feature. Thoroughly recommend, and I've been raving about it to everyone I meet! The purchasing was easy and fast, I haven't yet had to contact support as I haven't had any problems with the device and there is a wealth of information on the internet about how to use it and create templates etc.

A game changer for ADHD people. No more losing notes or struggling with note keeping when attending class. And the fact that it’s designed to be distraction free is pure gold. The writing experience is insanely natural, and the fact that it interacts with a supernote app on my phone and laptop makes data flow and access very very convenient. It’s become the single most productive device I own.

Handwriting experience is great. Also the UI logic is easy to learn. And I like the sustainability claim by using individually exchangeable components. Overall a great product. What i would like to see in the future: - automatic language recognition for handwriting (or alternatively ability to set the language of a note manally). I have meetings in different languages and always take notes in the language that is spoken in the meeting. But afterwards converting the notes into text or spelling keywords is difficult because the system always applies the same language settings - creating ToDo-Items for myself during writing. Using stars to mark certain items is great. But it would be even better if I could just mark text as "Action Item" and I could immediately add a due date. Whenever I open the note I would see the action item there. When it resolved I could mark the action item as "completed" and would also see that status when viewing the note. Currently the To-Do section is completely separated from the notes themselves.

I have been using the Supernote A5X daily for 4 years now. I just love the devices and the company's philosophy, the quality, development, support and community. When my beloved A5X gave up a couple of days ago, I immediately ordered the Supernote Manta. The delivery was fast and flawless, and the new model is even better and more enjoyable to use. Thank you!

I like the product and the website, but I have to leave one star behind as I decided to return the product. One topic, important in my workflow, did not work out as i hoped for, so I cannot use the product as I wanted. But this is probably only valid for a small amount of people, the rest will not bother. What is missing: a possibility to create a note on the supernote, sync it to my private cloud, create a new note on my windows PC or (even better) edit the one I made. Sync this back to the supernote and be able to edit it further with all possibilities, as if it were a .note This closed circle does not work, which I strongly pity. I have not found any other device which can do it. The contact to the website was more then perfect, I strongly liked both the response time as well as the responses I got, leaving no wish open. So if I would judge the customer service, 5 stars for sure, the website 4 stars and the product 4 stars as well.

Shopping experience was smooth and very clear. There were varity of payment choices. I ordered from the Netherlands on a wednesday and it arrived on friday. I bought Manta, half cover and a metal of heart pen. Very well packed. Deliverer came with a bakfiets so it was extra green and cute. The unboxing was in itself a nice experience. I have been using them almost a week now. Getting used to it, transferring my current active paper notebooks and journalling. So far so good... Thanks

Me parece una marca y un producto honesto, práctico, ético. La reparabilidad, la modularidad, puedes cambiar tú mismo la batería en un momento... otras marcas (apple, remarkable) tienen mucho que aprender de supernote. El software un 10. Mucha más funcionalidad que remarkable y kindle sin perder la sensación minimalista.

i am videogame artist and i love having all my notes in one place. i also love how easy it is to use the tablet for drawing on krita on my pc. the supernote companion is also such a seamless experience, i love being able to access my sketches from there to add them to my miroboard. i also combine that with claude to give it more context over my creative vision. So far the only feature i really miss when drawing is a lazo fill. I often wanna create quick landscape and that would help to quickly fill in large portions of the tablet. It would also be interesting to have access to to dithering patterns to simulate gradients.

If you are looking for a paper replacement this is excellent! If you wish something more, there is potential but it is not there yet. Some minor issues that I miss for my personal use case: * Calendar synchronization (CalDAV) missing; * Calendar recurring events missing; * News/Feeds loading/reading ability missing; * Dictionary missing. Great reading and writing experience, with the rare miss-click / palm rejection issue.

Quick delivery across Europe (France to NL). Within 2 workdays after ordering I could pick up my order. Hardware feels high end and is of good quality. Writing feel is what I hoped for. One thing that can be improved is the responsiveness of the website (including the order process). Loading times are sometimes 4 to 5 seconds. That left me somewhat hesitant to order honestly. Luckily this was not representative for the product itself because that’s top notch.

Ordered a manta A5x2 There was an issue with the device picking up WiFi, and I was able to return it and received a replacement within three days. New device works perfectly. Customer service responsive. There was a learning curve with the device but after a week of use I got the hang of it. Just get stuck in and work out your own use system as you go. These devices are extremely expensive paper note ook replacements, and good but not awesome for document reading and annotation. After six months, I don't regret this purchase

The order went great. Delivery happened faster than I expected. VAT was calculated before purchase and there was no toll from France to Denmark. More information and specs would be nice before purchasing. Fx some pens lacked weight info. Also specifically knowing that the pen is compatible with my old Supernote A5X would be reassuring. Also I ruined my own pen in the first place due to lack of information. I really feel that people should be warned if a pen weighs more than 15 or 30 grams. It's difficult to write with at length.

My order (Nomad and accessories) was processed quickly, nicely packed and prompted delivered via DHL. Feedback on the progress of the order was also appreciated. I did have a strange experience with the website when I clicked on the cart button. Instead of displaying my items, the page showed an order for some clothing. It looked like a sample/proof of concept page. Other than this, everything went well.

It's my first e-Ink writer so I have no baseline of comparison. However, the writing feels very natural. There is no perceivable lag and the resistance between the pen and surface has a great balance of slide and friction. The resulting writing looks realistic to the speed and pressure applied. So far have mostly been only taking notes and not fully explored all the functionality of organizing them and other productivity features. I mostly use it to jot down some ideas to organize my thoughts and take notes when studying. So to me the writing/sketching process alone is the most fundamental part to massage my brain, less so actually reading what I wrote. It's very light, compact and feels robust so it never feels like it's a question whether it belongs in my backpack.

- PROS: very good build quality; pleasing writing experience (though not really like pen on paper but harder); many useful software features; good choice of languages and quality of handwriting recognition. - CONS: more interface languages definitely needed (only english or asian!); ridiculous keyboard language support (5 german? 2 portuguese? 1 czech [10M people]? 0 italian [60M people]?); EWS mail accounts can't be set manually (need IT intervention!); only the main Google calendar is supported (all other calendars of an account are unusable); no EWS calendar support; touch sensitivity is very poor compared to pen, keyboard almost unusable; interface quite slow globally; no global device contrast setting (only in PDFs and not very effective), comics are unreadable (much too dark); the Supernote phone app is read only so half useless (can't modify notes from the phone and find them on the Nomad once at work); the phone app should sync all docs with any cloud service (I use a massive 1TB OneDrive for work) and not just the limited Supernote one; syncing should be automatic and quick and not require forcing it; infinite vertical scrolling pages (no space limits) should be supported along the normal actual method of laterally scrolling pages; the Samurai pen in very nice to use but unbalanced if the cap is fit at the top. - CONCLUSION: globally a very nice product that still needs many refinements and improvements.

the website was well thought out, the product (manta) is well made im enjoying my writing on it, allthough it does take a little bit used too. my slight minor thing is that the pens you have are not that interesting (due to the colors) the pen writes well, but i wouldve liked more variantions as the ones with the gold were too flashy, and in my eyes not that great looking. so that would be maybe the only thing i would have to say. further no complaints!

The SuperNote is a great companion for note taking, free writing and reading books. I use it daily for my work and it has replaced all my physical note writing. Also in the plane or on the road I now have a device from which it is comfortable to read. The pen, the unboxing, it is all very cool stuff and it works great.

I purchased Supernote Manta. Ate the same time I ordered cover, however I had chosen Nomad cover mistakely. It was clear that I ordered cover for Manta because it was same purchase. Even though the team had not had to inform me (email or phone), if they could have contacted me I would have changed cover directly. This is also part of purchasing my point of view. This is feedback just for improvement. Thank you for your understanding and support.

I like the writing, as it feels like paper although it is not. Conversion of the writing to typing is a nice feature. Pencils are great! On the other hand, organization of the files might be improved with search functionality.
