The only big problem with the shop is the Irish site is not up to date. The customer service is not available on the contact number and the email address also doesn't work. I had to do a serious investigation to find a proper customer service contact for them, eventually, the info@photospecialist.co.uk email address worked and I got a decent response from their customer service and the item arrived in time in perfect condition.

ordered 5 items and was sent 1 single tracking number. All supposedly packed together according to the emailed packing slip. 1 item arrived, 2 days after scheduled date, in its retail box no outer packaging just a label stuck on. boxed arrived damaged, looks like it was dropped as side ripped and crushed. No Irish power lead, only an eu one, so cannot check if item damaged. customer service contacted and no apology and blamed shipping company, while they tried they did not make any attempt to ease my frustration, offer compensation or a replacement. Not good enough.

Lack of order confirmation email causes worry
Positives: very good price, item did arrive eventually , professional staff will call you back.
Negatives: no order confirmation or shipment confirmation email, worrying. If you call and stay on hold, the call hangs up after 10 minutes, so do request a callback. My expensive binoculars were delayed by nearly a week, and did not arrive for my holiday.
Update: they sent a €20 refund to compensate.

Good prices, good selection
Item travelled by DHL and then An Post from NL to IE, took one week from time of order, which was as expected and cost €9.99.
I'm disappointed that shipping is charged regardless of the value of the item.
PhotoSpecialist had the item in stock and shipped quickly, they had a better discount than the bricks and mortar stores could offer. Would buy again as the need arises.

Items arrived in perfect condition.
I was supposed to receive a confirmation but got none. Would have felt more comfortable had I received one, especially as it's stated on the site when you place the order.
Prices were more competitive than any other website and overall, would be happy to shop here again.

Need to change your address system as Leixlip in Kildare Ireland defaults to Naas which is a completely different place.
I was reluctant to order 3 cameras because of this error in your address system.

Item was perfect it was everything as stated on the website. Swift and easy service, delivery arrived on day chosen. The parcel was left on the door step though, me my wife daughter and 4 dogs all were home to.

Ordered a monitor, it was great and the delivery was fast the only downside is I got the wrong plug for the monitor it didn’t come with a 3 pin plug but a 2 pin one other than that it was good
