First things first, BenQ M270S monitor arrived in good condition, in the original manufacturer packaging only. It took almost two weeks (I live in UK) and although it was a 'co.uk' site, it did not come from here - it came via EU (Netherlands?). This means it arrived with only a EU plug, not a 3-pin UK. They could improve their communications if they want 5* reviews, and I was told here was a delay in delivery due to a systems change. Hmm, I did see some other reviews discussion delays to delivery...

I bought a refurbished Canon Eos 90D and was initially a bit doubtful. After thoroughly reading all the details and the so-called signs of use, I chose the one titled 'like new', but was still a bit cautious. When it was delivered, I must say honestly as it is, the camera is barely used, let alone signs of use, and has under 10,000 clicks on the counter. After testing everything, I can only say one thing: Super deal! Right out of the box and then my favorite workhorse in such good condition and at such a nice price... I'm glad I took the step with Kameraexpress. They really do what they say on their site.

The order did not arrive initially due to an error in the address numbers. However, the customer service was very friendly, and there were no discussions about who made the mistake. I received the lens again after it was returned to Photospecialist. This took over a week in total. I was not entirely satisfied with the packaging of the not-so-cheap lens. It was in its outer packaging but with little padding and quite loose in the package. Luckily, it seems to have survived the transport.

The delivery was prompt and of good quality. However, I made a significant mistake. Due to several unauthorized debits on my account, I went to my bank. During the investigations conducted by the bank, unfortunately, in addition to the aforementioned debits, the amount for your delivery was also included in this list. Of course, the payment of € 24.99 to you is entirely justified. I sincerely apologize for my mistake. Naturally, you will refuse the refund request that will be sent to you. The camera, a second-hand Canon 7D mk2, was in perfect condition. BUT: this camera offers many options for "self-programming" the function buttons. I have been photographing since 2007 with "Canon-Digital.. 5D & 6D"; however, it took me 2 days (at 5 hours/day) to get the "autofocus" working in all settings... Even the "copyright settings" of the PREVIOUS owner were still saved in the camera... It would have saved me a lot of time if the camera had been "reset" to factory settings... Hence the acknowledgment...

I went to the location to buy an item, but unfortunately, it was no longer in stock. That can happen, no problem. What I did find disappointing, however, was that after being told the item was out of stock and that the staff member didn’t know when it would be back, I was not further assisted. For instance, no suggestion was made to order the item for me, and it was not indicated that I could order it online myself. That's why 4 stars. If there had been a bit more consideration for a solution, it would have been 5.

+: The beautiful lens was in perfect condition, looks like it came straight off the shelf, unused and as described on the website. The cover was also included, which is great for such a heavy lens. There was bubble wrap around the lens that was in its case. -: The cardboard box containing the lens could move freely inside the outer cardboard box. That could be improved.

The camera and the lens are in top condition!!! But the delivery, everything except the device, box completely dented, now the lens, bpost leaves the box on the sidewalk, doesn't knock 😏 and we were sitting on the couch He was about to leave, I open the door, he gets scared, I say you didn't knock, nothing, there's a note saying if not home deliver to the neighbors 😡 This is a lot of money, really zero point zero the delivery, very sad, who is responsible if it gets stolen from the door if we are not home, it's paid and everything, come on, this can't be 😡😡😡

During a wedding service, someone unfortunately stole my ND filter. I had to quickly search for a new filter. That's when I discovered this site. Everything was fine with the product. It was just the communication about the delivery that went wrong. I received an email stating that the delivery was delayed. And that they didn't know what the reason was. Then I received an email from the supplier that my package was ready in the parcel locker. So the product was delivered on the agreed date, without delay. It would have been a five-star rating if the communication about the delivery had also been fine.

Good offer and quick delivery. Customer service in case of problems is also customer-oriented and professional. My drone was defective after 1 day. In the store, they immediately checked and found it wasn't a mechanical defect but seemed to be a software issue. Since it was so soon after the purchase, they immediately exchanged it for a new one so that I could still take the drone on vacation. And I had bought it especially for that. I don't know if this is more common with the DJI Neo 2 or if I just had bad luck, but in any case, it was well resolved.

Good rating for kamera-express.fr, but I only gave 4 stars because the delivery by the French post was terrible. It's almost every time with the French post that there's a delivery problem. Here the delivery person didn't even bother to ring the bell for delivery and this: twice!, left a notice each time but ignored my request to leave my package at a depot listed on their site! I had to go to the post office! Another time with another seller (amazon), my package was stolen after being photographed in my mailbox by the delivery person, stolen by whom? : 1) the delivery person? 2) someone else with a key in less than 5 minutes, 3) me! ... I have an idea but no proof, ultimately I was considered the thief by the post and amazon! I have long avoided deliveries by post colissimo ... every time there's a problem. kamera-express should change their delivery service as the French post might cost them customers.

The extra grip for the Fujifilm X-E5 is nice but it comes with extra weight. The base plate is quite robust. It's a bit of a pity in terms of weight, but the construction and fit are top-notch. The carrying comfort with a large lens like the 56 mm or 90 mm is really much better. With the kit lens, it's questionable whether the extra grip adds anything.

The device works well but I can't completely turn off the screensaver on our Samsung phones. Maximum 10 minutes. If you don't perform actions within that time, the phone changes mode and you need to reset everything again. Then the second problem emerges. Releasing the 'pressure' needs practice. It's best to use the corner of the orange cap, which you need to unscrew for this. It's probably intended that way too, but it's not mentioned in the sparse description. Overall, everything works as desired and the underwater recordings were quite good. I am satisfied! But it's not for professional recordings and it also depends on good lighting.

Canon eos 90d body purchased. Excellent condition as described in the advertisement. Fast delivery and clear information. A downside was the way it was packaged. The camera was in the original box with a lot of protective material around it. However, the "outer box" was made of very thin cardboard and poorly sealed. It was almost open on the side. Now, I had the package delivered to a locker because I think if it had been delivered to my home by a regular van, the camera would no longer have been in the box, it would have simply fallen out.

I wonder if all these settings are useful? I've been using it for a few days now. I've always photographed with an SLR and various lenses, yet I'm surprised by the image quality. Such a small thing. As for the online manual, it's subpar, no page indication. It could have been simpler. But for me, there is only one judgment, which is after the photo is printed at 60x40. That determines, and only that determines, the quality of the device. ....that's for a later review..but at first glance .....top.

I ordered a Boox tablet. But unfortunately, the product did not fully meet my expectations: I found the e-ink color screen too dark. I thought, oh no, I’ve already unpacked the product, can I still return it? But yes, I was able to return the product without any issues and got the full purchase amount back. Also, just good service regarding delivery and the customer service I called. I don't often write reviews, but I wanted to mention this.

Flawless and prompt delivery. The products were delivered in original packaging and as ordered. Fast customer service. I had an order of 2 products and expected the delivery of both products at the same time. However, the delivery occurred in 2 partial shipments on 2 consecutive days. After receiving the first package, I immediately sent a complaint about the missing 2nd product. It was delivered the next day and I withdrew the complaint. Nevertheless, I received a response from customer service to my complaint within 24 hours.

After seeing low and interesting prices, I wanted to order. I tried for 3 hours to pay by bank card. Several attempts with 2 Mastercards, a Visa, and eventually, in desperation, through PayPal. Meanwhile, I removed my ad-blocker extensions, used a clean browser, and removed my DNS. No way to pay. The website forbade this option: "Payment failed" I recall. Weary of the struggle, I asked to do it via bank transfer, which caused me anxiety. Moreover, it delays the delivery by one to three days. By the way, I learned that some users needed to request a manual verification, as their system sometimes fails as well. After that, although it wasn't their fault, the delivery by La Poste was disrupted and took longer than expected; but 10 to 12 days after ordering, it was in hand. The customer service seems engaged in their communication, polite and willing, but apparently, these problems persist. On the other hand, the products arrived and are compliant. The experience was nonetheless rather rough. Best of luck to the team, I know you will read this message.
