I ordered the Vortex Diamondback 10 x 42 binoculars and they arrived promptly and in perfect condition. I'm very pleased with the service provided and the product was exactly what I expected. It helped that the product was cheapest through this site but standards on service were not dropped.

Great buying experience.
Bought 2 items recently and both arrived safely and as described. One however did take a lot longer to arrive with fairly unhelpful tracking info. Not photospecialists direct fault but did impact on my impression of the seller

Mi purchased of the 2nd of January didn´t not arrived to me, so far.
Mi item was purchased the 2nd of January, I didn´t receive it yet, and we are 19th of January. One of yours said it was due to the snow that planes couldn´t land or take off which is ridiculous that an international airport in Europe would be closed for 3 or 4 days.
Nobody notofied me about the alleged delay, I had to make 3 or 4 phone calls to get news until finally a lady on CS sent a query to another department following my request. You need to improve your CS experience.
Apart from that, the products you offer are good at a competitive price and that is why I purchased from you. Improve your CS to make your company grow.
