Delivered quickly and order was correct. The attempt to mate the remote with the awning was very difficult and the directions were impossible to follow. The writing was extremely small. Because this seems to be a popular model the instructions could be explained clearly, in writing and not in tiny photos. I worked on it for many hours, then I contacted an awning company to come to the house and they matched up the device in about 10 seconds by pressing 2 buttons.

None of my orders have been fulfilled without extra contact from me. My first order was not filled since 1 item was out of stock. That would be no problem if this had been communicated to me. A 2nd order I placed needed to be cancelled due to the previous lack of communication. Errors in credit to my account occurred which required monitoring and phone calls by me. Info regarding tracking has not been accurate. Everything has taken a long time to receive after shipments were reportedly sent. .

The price was outrageous

Your service was moderately, OK and not too much of a delay in delivery. But the price on the product was outrageous. If I had any other choice, I wouldn’t buy from Somfy.

Ordered a power supply extension cord. I Ordered this in error and attempted to cancel it within 5 minutes of placing the order. I messaged the order desk to cancel and they indicated it had already shipped....highly unlikely. I responded with a request for an rma but received no reply. Not a very friendly or convenient customer service experience.

Poor communication regarding shipping

Orders take extremely long to fulfill, and no tracking updates are provided after orders are placed. i will be reaching out soon to check the status of order I placed on 2-29-24.

I ordered 28 rechargable batteries and only received 21 I called in and spoke with a rep and she said dhe would over night me the shorted ones . That was 6 days ago and I havent received any of them as of yet

No feedback on order status

Did not provide info on when an order would ship or did ship. No response from customer service to an email sent 5 days after order placement. Also was on hold for 28 minutes before someone in Tech Support answered my call. His response was flippant. Avoid doing business with them if at all possible!!!

I placed my order two weeks ago and have heard nothing. Not an email for tracking or anything. I called and finally got a tracking number for UPS and UPS says that number does not exist. Never again, it is really hard to find reliable companies anymore.

I like the rechargeable battery upgrade parts. The web site is not intuitive. Took several tries to check out. Delivery was slow. I needed three of the Li battery units, the two pack was at a quantity price (discount) but there was quantity discount for three.

Nothing has gone smoothly with Somfy.com orders.

Called Somfy, was told I needed a new remote. I ordered a new one, but I fiddled with the remote and got it working. Cancelled the one I ordered about 15 minutes after it was ordered. This was on 6/23. You billed me I believe $390. So far I did not receive a credit for the remote. I did not receive a new remote, but was charged for one that I cancelled 15 minutes after it was ordered. When I called Somfy and gave them the order number, it was not in the system. Seems there's confusion somewhere. In the meanwhile,where is my credit.
