Very quick and good customer service, and the tailgate on my RAV4 2016 worked very well over the last 4 weeks since the day we installed it (it is used at almost every car ride, so rather frequently). It is less noisy than the original, and it also still worked after having been sitting for some days at low temperatures down to -15°C. My mechanic was happy as well since the Installation was rather simple.
