After purchase they send the item in one day, but the shipping company (in my case DHL) still didnt manage to serve me my packet. It’s been total 15 days since they send it and still no response from DHL. So the company is good, but they should change the shipping company asap.

Dear Sir/Madam, The package I ordered arrived damaged and partially open. It was a paper envelope; one section was sealed with the shipping label, but the part intended for opening the envelope had not been sealed at all. I collected the package from a parcel locker, and the moment I removed it from the compartment, it was obvious that the package was almost completely open; it is incredible that the products didn't fall out or get taken by someone. Furthermore, the product packaging inside the parcel was ruined (crushed). Unfortunately, this is not the first time a package from you has arrived damaged—along with the contents—and on one occasion, two items were missing; I received no response from customer service at that time. You have an excellent website and a wide selection of products at great prices, and I would like to continue shopping with you, but I really think you need to pack your parcels better and more securely. Attached are photos of the package as I received it (I did not open it myself). Order number EU#53853 AR

Everything was okay. Only the view for DHL-Shipping doesn‘t work with the announced number.

The whole process went quickly, smoothly, and I am extremely satisfied with the service.
