I completed this test a few weeks ago, and was very pleased with the process. There are no additional fees or membership. No sales pitches, or marketing emails, and they do not ship out a test kit, so that eliminates higher costs of shipping and materials. I put my sample in a snack size ziplock bag, printed the test form, and mailed them in an envelope with a regular stamp. I got my results a few weeks later via email and I was impressed by the educational information included to explain the results. I have always been skeptical of a hair test, so i decided to do this one at the same time I was doing a blood sensitivity test (which is way more expensive). My hair results lined up with my blood results, which gives me peace of mind to use a hair test going forward and save money.

Things that I know I’m sensitive to are not listed and things I eat all the time without any problem we’re listed as sensitive same with my husband and my dog. Just not sure it’s a very accurate test. It was hard to decipher the results as well

No verification the sample arrived at distributor, no .They should confirm they recieved and sent for testing. Had to contact 3 times before it finally was confirmed & said results were sent over 2weeks ago. I never recieved.

There are things I know that my family and I are allergic to that didn't show up on our reports which makes me doubt the legitimacy of the results. When I contacted the company and complained they said it stated that it isn't an allergy test when I bought it. So much for a satisfaction guarantee! I attached a screenshot of what I saw when purchasing and no where does it state that allergies won't show up in this report.

I was amazed to see all the issues

I was amazed to see that I have issues with chicken, as that is one of my main food staples. However, I already knew about the dairy issues that they mentioned in my results. I was quite surprised that I have issues with so many little things I never would have expected!

Kind customer service. Long wait for results

Loved how customer service was kind and fast. I liked the easiness of reading the results. I wish they would update the order status. Mine always just said “awaiting hair sample” for weeks when they had already gotten mine. Also, I had to write to them to receive my results. I didn’t get them in the max of 5 days they said.

Good information to help me work towards feeling better

I was quite surprised at the number of sensitivities I had! It was an eye opener! The only thing was the service was pretty slow and the tracking of progress was also slow/ behind.

You need to send a kit with packaging to send back. Making us provide everything. I didn't have a printer to send back the paperwork and sample. I gave up. You have my money and I have nothing. I would like a refund but I know that will never happen.

During this chat, our team provided you with the submission links to submit the details for each person being tested, allowing you to print the submission forms for each person to mail to our lab for testing.
