Customer service was great!
Order showed as delivered but it turned out to be an error of the system, so when I reached out to customer service they checked the real status and confirmed everything I needed to know.

Great product, great price. However, shipping process has a huge lack of transparency what resulted in my Tracking No. not appearing on Fastway for almost a week.
Don’t print a freaking label just to provide a tracking no. if the package won’t leave the hub for another 5 days or so. Expect 7-15 days shipping in total.
Customer service takes 3 days to answer with a standardized mail.

Terrible customer service.
The order arrived on time, but with problem with the tracking number.
I tried to contact the customer service 3 times, with no answer. When they finally answered my email, they only sent me the tracking number link, which I already had, and they knew it.
I will never buy there again!
