Was not clear that I would have to pay nearly £50 for the shoes to get through customs.. I'm sure will be somewhere in the small print, but increased the price by over 30%

we contacted you by email on September 12 that the shipment of your order would be delayed, and on September 18 you received information that the shoes were on their way. Please, expect the shoes soon.
